The property

Liskeard 2 miles.

Ideally located for touring Cornwall, south Devon and both Dartmoor and Bodmin moors, this homely, well-furnished detached bungalow is located in the beautiful grounds of Rosecraddoc Lodge, just outside of the ancient stannary and market town of Liskeard.

A real home-from-home feeling greets you as you arrive at Westview.

Park right alongside your property, and enter into the well thought-out open plan living area with kitchen, sitting area and dining area.

There are two well-presented bedrooms, and a shower room to complete the accommodation.

Outside at the rear of the cottage is a delightful patio right alongside the River Seaton which flows from high up on the moor.

A short stroll will take you to the Village Inn, open during the main holiday season, and a lovely spot to enjoy a drink or meal whilst sitting out on the patio alongside the river.

When it comes to planning a day out your options are endless.

One trip at the top of everyone’s list is likely to be a visit to the small coastal town and fishing port of Looe.

By far the best way to arrive here is by train, so leave your car at the station in nearby Liskeard and take the railway along the Looe Valley line, a single track branch line that takes you along scenic wooded riverbanks before arriving at the bustling port.

With so much to do and see all close by a stay at Westview is one to be enjoyed at any time of year.

Note: This property can be booked with 960397 to make a total of 9 people.
