  • "The property was absolutely incredible!"

Very clean and to a very high spec!!.. not to mention the cream tea on arrival! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The first two nights we were without power due to the storms, however Jodie the owner was on hand to make sure we were all okay and also offer us another night to stay which was completely unneeded, but we took the offer with very grateful hands! We will definitely be returning in the very near future! Wishing you all the best on completing your renovation project. Thankyou for everything, Lucy & Sam

  • "We absolutely loved this spacious, modern, immaculately clean apartment well equipped with quality fittings."

The apartment has been designed with a lot of thought and attention The views of both the sea and inland are spectacular - the sunsets magnificent. Some special mentions - the comfy bed - we slept like logs for 2 weeks, the fab shower and the delicious cream tea. The owners, Jodie and Ryan and their lovely children live below in the main house. They were very welcoming approachable and friendly - so thank you both. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Gweal an Drea and we will most certainly return. A perfect base for a Cornish holiday.

  • "An absolutely stunning, spacious and luxurious apartment."

Amazing bathroom with very large shower, very large bath, his + hers sinks (and one more in the toilet) Great views from the windows. Its a shame the weather wasn't as good as it could have been. The owners live downstairs and are very friendly and helpful, although we didn't see a great deal of them. The Mounts Bay Inn serves great food (recommend the "bucket of Cornish Sea Trash") The Old Inn serves more basic food. The Pollurian Hotel also serves good food, although a bit dearer. We would definitely recommend this apartment. The photos do not do it justice.

  • "The apartment/studio was absolutely amazing with beautiful views across the fields and out to sea with lovely sunset views."

Everything was to a very high standard and very clean. A super king size bed and luxury spacious bathroom. The climb up the metal outside spiral staircase was a little daunting to begin with especially when carrying suitcases and other luggage upstairs so you would need to be pretty active and fit to manage that, however we soon got used to it and it didn’t trouble us at all. We felt it was worth it for what awaited us at the top!!

  • "We loved every single bit about our accommodation!"

It was so roomy with stunning views of the sea from the bedroom as well as the views of the fields from the kitchen. The standard of the apartment exceeded our expectations and had absolutely everything we needed. Things like Sky TV, hair straighteners, hair dryer, ironing board and iron were a lovely touch as well as the bed and bedding being so super comfy! On arrival we were left a beautiful cream tea which was delicious. The landlady and landlord were the most friendly people ever and we will definitely be visiting again!
