The property

A delightful, barn-conversion resting within the countryside location of Connor Downs.

Trevaskis Dairy is approached via an endearing country lane and offers a tranquil base for a couple looking to get away from their daily routines and explore all that this part of Cornwall has to offer.

Rest your sandy shoes at the doorstep before being welcomed into this real home-from-home, housing all the necessities you and your loved one could need during a romantic getaway.

Pick up delicious produce from the local farm shop and rustle up a home-cooked meal within the amply equipped kitchen before settling down at the dining table to tuck in and to plan the day’s ahead.

After dinner, look forward to sinking into the sofa with a cup of tea in hand while you tune into the TV before heading to bed.

As the evening draws to a close, drift off to sleep within the contemporary bedroom where you will find a double bed and an en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Open up the patio doors to discover an idyllic patio area where you can enjoy your morning coffee before heading out for the day.

For those nights where you don’t feel like cooking, venture to Rosewarne Manor, where you will find a superb dining menu or visit one of the larger Cornish towns where you will be able to sample fine seafood and traditional Cornish treats.

For those feeling active whilst staying here, you can stroll along the South West Coast Path to discover breath-taking scenery and interesting wildlife and for those feeling leisurely, venture to the picturesque town of St Ives where you soak up the sun at Porthgwidden Beach before strolling around the Tate art gallery.

Connor Down is a charming village resting within West Cornwall, close to Hayle and the popular resort of St Ives. Within this village you will find a traditional pub, a restaurant, a selection of shops and a farm shop which offers a restaurant and pick-your-own fruit service. Within close reach of the village is the South West Coast Path which offers breath-taking views across to St Ives Bay and to the lighthouse on Godrevy Island. From here, you will also find Hayle Towans Beach which is superb for dog walking while nearby Porthkidney Sands offers turquoise waters and golden sands. Paradise Park and JungleBarn is an excellent attraction if you are bringing younger guests, as they will be delighted with the rare birds and animals that can be found here. Further afield is the town of Marazion, where you will find further amenities and attractions including St Michael's Mount and the glorious beach. Connor Downs offers a delightful base for an exploring the very popular area of Cornwall.
