“Sweet Pea Barn is the perfect cottage to relax and unwind in the glorious countryside of Cornwall.”

The cottage is well situated and is easy to get to places. On first arrival you notice how beautifully the property is kept. The grounds are stunning and set in a beautiful rural location. The cottage itself is simply amazing. Beautifully laid out and spotless. It’s has everything you need and more. A literal home from home. The little touches by the owners such as scones with clotted cream and jam, a fresh loaf of bread, milk and butter etc just make for a perfect stay. We will definitely be ...

We will definitely be returning and can not recommend this idilic cottage to everyone. Definitely 5 star accommodation and one of the best cottages we have stayed in so far. A truly fabulous Holiday!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

About the location

ST DENNIS

St Austell 7 miles.

To the north west of St Austell Bay lies the quiet village of St Dennis, nestling amongst the “Cornish Alps”, named after the conical piles which dominate the landscape. This was once a busy china clay mining area, but is now renowned for The Eden Project, itself built in an exhausted china clay quarry. St Dennis village has a good selection of shops including a chemist and a butcher, and is a perfect base for exploring Cornwall, being mid-way between the north and south coasts, and also with easy access to main roads. Nearby is the Goss Moor trail which offers seven miles of fabulous walking routes. From the rugged coastline between Perranporth and Newquay in the north, to the softer sandy coves around St Austell in the south, there really is something for everyone within easy reach of St Dennis.
