  • "The property was perfect and exactly as the pictures we had viewed."

The rooms are all lovely, well presented and very clean. The layout worked brilliantly for us. The kitchen is modern and has so many useful items. Lovely biscuits gifted for us, dog treats for our dog and a handy couple of pints of milk. Bathrooms beautiful. Great place to stay. Owners really helpful too.

It had everything my family needed. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed eating al fresco most nights. Its in a brilliant location, with a couple of minutes drive to the beautiful praa sands beach. We found the owners incredibly attentive, checking to see if we were happy with the property. We will hopefully be back again soon

When booking we were advised the garden was reasonably safe for our dog but the front gate was waiting to be repaired as we could not close the gate

  • "We had a fantastic time at Tinner's way."

It was really close to the beach, the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and there was plenty of seating to comfortably fit our family of 8. Great place, would be more than happy to return in the future.

  • "We were a family of 4 adults and 4 children."

We stayed at Tinners Way for a week and I have to tell you, I normally always have something to complain about, but here? Not a chance! We loved the house and felt at home from the word go! The garden is beautiful and the location is so easy to get around. The beach at Praa Sands is gorgeous and only a mile away. Definitely try the Lion and Lamb pub in Ashton while you’re there too. Food is fab! If I had to nit pick, I’d have liked some sharper chopping knives and maybe some scales for baking on rainy days but honestly, that’s just me. Lesley was incredible and so hospitable. We will be back!
