  • "Treveth Lowen is beautifully furnished with stunning art work."

We loved the big garden and breathtaking views. A fantastic holiday home, we can’t wait to go back.

  • "There needs to be another loo."

There were 9 of us and so 7 had to share one bathroom. No tea towels provided. The rental was £5,000+. No coffee facility for ground coffee. No grater

Hi Zoe Please inform us as soon as you are aware that something is missing, as we are very often able to rectify things straight away; as would have been possible with the provision of t-towels, a cafetierre and and grater. JBCH Property Owner

It has been decorated with attention to detail to ensure it combines comfort with style, featuring views out from the large picture windows upstairs and a spacious garden.

Ideal for multiple families or a group of couples, adults and children alike will be delighted with the proximity to an array of local beaches and facilities.

The elegant hallway welcomes you into Treveth Lowen with feature mirror and convenient console table to drop your belongings and make yourself at home.

Carry on through the modern kitchen which features modern appliances and tasteful decor to create a calming feel.

Open up French doors at both ends of the kitchen diner and let the fresh air flood through while you rustle up a electable treat.

The other side of the hallway you will find ground floor accommodation in the spacious bedroom with king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower where you can refresh yourself.

Through from this bedroom is an adjoining children's bedroom featuring a triple height bunk bed; just the facility for them to snuggle down in and hear stories of pirates and treasure hunters!

Parents will appreciate being just next door to ensure they can keep watch on them overnight.

Head upstairs to relax in the sitting room; designed to highlight the countryside views.

To the front, a triple window enables you to look out over the lawn, while the back features a Juliet balcony so you can let the air through and enjoy the field views.

The comfortable seating means everyone can gather together at the end of the day to catch up on a box set together or perhaps have a games night.

Two further bedrooms on the second floor level also capture the views: the master bedroom gives ample storage space with has been kitted out with stylish furniture to add that touch of luxury.

On the other side of the sitting room, a king bedroom has the advantage of a shower room ensuite, meaning adults in here can enjoy their own personal space.

Outside, there is a large front lawn for children and pets to run around in or for adults to sit out and recharge with their favourite tipple.

You could even take your lunch outside in the back area in fine weather. Treveth Lowen is a superbly located retreat as the local beaches are a very short drive away but you can still return to your own escape at the end of the day.

Port Quin is very close down the country lane and is a fantastic bay where you can swim, kayak, snorkel or at low tide, just explore the rockpools at low tide.

Walking south along the coastal path, you can look down from the cliffs to the smaller coves of Epphaven and Carnweather.

For a piece of the action, head to Polzeath where you can book surf lessons, hire wetsuits and take to the waves for that fix in the sea.

Down the coast from Polzeath you will find Daymer Bay and Rock where watersports such as windsurfing, sailing and paddleboards can be undertaken.

If you prefer, just potter along the sands and sample the local cafes and restaurants for a more laid back time here.
