The property

This delightful mid-terrace cottage is placed in the sleepy village of Cubert, with easy access to the bustling hubs of Perranporth and Newquay.

Full of character and charm, Bejowan Cottage is an ideal escape for a family, or a group of friends.

Walk into the sitting room and make yourself at home by relaxing on the sofas, with the woodburning stove to keep you toasty whilst catching up on your favourite shows from the Smart TV.

Just beyond you’ll find the fitted kitchen, equipped with a selection of integrated appliances so you can whip up delicious meals for your loved ones.

Upstairs plays host to three well-presented bedrooms, including the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and a marvellous en-suite bathroom for your convenience.

The other bedrooms are both twin rooms which make a perfect choice for younger guests.

During the warmer months make the most of the gardens found at the front and rear, where the children can play on the grass while a host of treats sizzle on the barbecue.

Alternatively, sit in the front garden and admire the distant sea views as you inevitably fall in love with the location.

Guests have access to some of the facilities on the Trevornick Holiday Park including an outdoor heated pool, several places to eat and an 18-hole Par 3 golf course.

Explore the surrounding area and you might come across the iconic Gull Rocks as seen on BBC’s Poldark TV series at Holywell Bay.

Head along the South West Coastal Path to capture unrivalled sea views amidst hidden coves, caves and white sandy beaches, or enjoy all the delights of Perranporth and Newquay, whether it be visiting the exotic Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium, or simply browsing the many independent shops and retailers.
