“The hamper and flowers on arrival ...”

The hamper and flowers on arrival were a lovely surprise and the photos of the property were spot on. The only issue was the bedroom roof being so low.

The property

This gorgeous stone built attached barn is tucked away in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chapel Amble just 5 miles from the beaches of the north Cornish coastline.

A perfect sanctuary for couples, the immaculate interior is beautifully bright and airy with vaulted ceilings and patio doors leading out onto a suntrap enclosed garden – this simply is a wonderful place to be!

An open plan ground floor, decorated in calming creams has a well equipped kitchen, dining area for romantic meals and sitting room with woodburner to snuggle up next to on cooler winter evenings.

The cosy double bedroom sits aloft on the mezzanine accessed via Jack ‘n’ Jill stairs with the double shower room, basin and WC on the ground floor.

Designer fabrics, crisp linens, cosy bath robes and welcome goodies complete the picture.

Apple trees and climbing roses give the outside an English country garden appeal and is perfect for relaxing after a day’s exploring or having a rest day on the comfortable loungers in the South facing suntrap.

Your own barbecue allows you to rustle up alfresco meals and The Maltsters Arms at Chapel Amble is less than a mile away for a cooling sundowner.
