  • "We stayed at the cottage for a week."

It is a very spacious, clean well equipped holiday home. It’s private, with plenty of outside space too. The hot tub was used and enjoyed daily which was an added bonus.

  • "We had a wonderful warm welcome from Maureen."

Demelza cottage is in a lovely quiet setting and with a private garden for our cocker spaniel. the cottage is well laid out and the owner has considered every detail of comfort and needs for visitors. the extra details of a gift bag for our pooch, welcome wine, chocolates, and a box with torch, notepad, spare batteries, and toiletries in the bathrooms were all very thoughtful. There is a perfect large field within the site for dog walking which was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break and would highly recommend this cottage. we woulld most definitely book again. Thank you Maureen

The finishing touches are lovely. Nice and private yet not far from anywhere. We stayed for a week in August with our 2 children aged 10 and 12 and our dog, we will certainly be returning. Maureen gave us a lovely warm welcome with lots of nice welcoming treats left in the cottage. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. 5* accommodation

Great location in a lovely peaceful relaxing setting, but not far from the A30. Cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated and really well equipped . Maureen was such a wonderful host -very warm and friendly, with great advice on local area. Her cream teas were also delicious and greatly appreciated. Garden was large and secure- excellent for our dog to play in and she also loved the toys and treats supplied. Was great to come back from a day out to soak in the hot tub in such a lovely setting. One of the best cottages we have visited in Cornwall ,would definitely recommend and will return

A very comfortable house and well-equipped house, which we could have easily stayed in for 2 weeks - just a shame we only booked for 1 week this time!
