“The Cottage was a home away from home.”

Because of a couple of storms, we had to stay in a couple of days, but it did not matter as there was enough to keep us all very busy: darts, pool, air hockey! The wifi was surprisingly good: I could have zoom calls whilst the children were on an amazon binge. Top comfort and great amenities, would highly recommend!

There are several safe, sandy beaches close to the village, with a variety of watersports and leisure activities available. Par, a small, china clay port with a dog friendly sandy beach is a fifteen minute walk from the village or 5 minutes in the car, home to a main line railway station. Polkerris Beach, a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive away, has a beachside restaurant, pub and watersports centre.
