The property

Resting in the charming village of Tywardreath, a short walk to the beach, 3 miles from Fowey and 10 minutes from The Eden Project, is Pebble Cottage, a mid-terrace cottage bursting with character, ideal for families to escape to the coast․ The cottage is situated on The Saints Way, a quiet no-through lane which from the front door leads into the pretty countryside one way and into the village centre the other.

Offering a delightful, fully enclosed courtyard garden with no steps to the rear and stunning original features, this dwelling is the perfect base from which to explore Cornwall.

Immediately to the front of the property is one private car parking space․ Stepping into the property, from the hallway the bright and airy sitting room welcomes you to kick off your sandy boots and relax in front of the TV with your loved ones on the plush sofas, while the electric woodburning-effect stove gives the room a light, amber glow.

From here, the property continues into the generous kitchen and dining area, with all the equipment you could need to enjoy some delicious home-cooked meals, such as a large fridge/freezer and an electric hob and oven; this is sure to be one of the social hubs throughout your stay while you plan your day over your morning coffee.

Just off the kitchen, you will find a handy utility space, fit with a washing machine and plenty of games and kit for the children of the group to enjoy in the sun.

Completing the ground floor and climbing the stairs, the first of two bedrooms invites you to drift off, hosting a king sized bed and ample storage for you to unpack your belongings.

The second bedroom, a family room, is home to a king-size and a single, so there are flexible sleeping arrangements for smaller families; this room also boasts stunning views over the garden, while the character continues on the ceilings with its sloping eaves and white beams.

Finishing off the first floor is a convenient family shower room, featuring a walk-in shower, basin and WC as well as a useful heated towel rail, which you can take advantage of when drying off after an action-packed day at the beach.

Savour a glass of wine of an evening on the patio while your four-legged friend stretches their legs; the courtyard is delicately decorated with raised flower beds and hosts seating in the suntrap patio area or a large alfresco dining table where you can catch up on the day's events.
