Set in a rural location, near the peaceful hamlet of Callestick, just a few miles from the north coast beaches and coastal path, is Ventonwyn.

This charming base offers families and friends a chance to explore a wonderful area of Cornwall, from a luxurious base.

It offers a high quality interior with five spacious bedrooms in striking shades of colour and bold themes, together with an all-white shower suite and a vibrant bathroom.

The open-plan living space sweeps over wooden floors, elevated by the Velux skylight and panoramic, glass sliding doors, which lead out onto the tropical patio.

The galley-style kitchen displays a contemporary set of units and modern appliances, perfect for assisting with those large family meals.

Just off from the kitchen is a small lounge with sumptuous seating to spread yourselves out on.

The garden is something to delight in!

Laze the afternoon away on the sunny deck chairs with a refreshing glass of wine in hand, as the sweet smells of honey glazed barbecue meats drift across the patio.

Nestled just down the road from Healey's Cornish Cyder Farm, you have the ideal location.

Pay a visit and learn about its detailed history on one of the guided tours.

Discover the distillery, with its copper pot still, head down to the cobbled cellar where the whiskey barrels are stored and taste a variety of flavours on offer, which can later be purchased in the farm shop.

You can even bring the kids along for tractor rides and farm animal petting.

The village of Goonhavern is just a couple of miles away, with a traditional inn, village shop and garden centre.

Nearby, Perranporth boasts a beautiful sandy beach, a small selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, including The Watering Hole, which is positioned right on the beach.
