Passing through the large communal courtyard you enter the cottage on the ground floor where a spacious kitchen with a dining area and separate sitting room, plus an additional cloakroom offer comfortable accommodation for all.
On the first floor the two bedrooms, a double, and a twin with the added flexibility of being a zip/link, will ensure a good nights’ sleep in this idyllic traffic-free setting.
With Newquay and Watergate Bay both within a short drive and the many beautiful coves and bays between the two, you have one of the finest selection of beaches you could imagine to enjoy before returning to the peace and tranquillity of the cottage where you can sit out in the garden at the rear of the cottage to enjoy the last of the sun.

For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within 45 minutes.
