Springtime and Christmas. Both excellent. A wonderful property to have a family get together .
Facilities are fabulous and everything has been thought of.
A personal preference would be a standard microwave although I appreciate what you have is multi functional and in keeping with the super kitchen.

"This is a Beautiful property it was our second visit Lovely sea view very relaxing to be outside on the decking and sun loungers, be it with a nice coffee in the morning or glass of something later in the day."
L have some disabilities so to have the bedroom and onsuite downstairs is a big + for me. I came home and have already booked a week next year. Quite hard to find downstairs bedroom and onsuite. This property has much to offer. However I wish there was a step from the garden onto the decking to help anyone who may struggle with the step up.

"Lovely property."
Every facility needed for a group ranging from 4 years to 65 years. Outdoor shower was great. Plenty of mugs, cutlery, plates etc. Widemouth Bay and the people in the pub, shop, cafe all helpful and friendly.

"Superb accommodation with everything needed for a big family holiday."
All excellent quality equipment and furnishings. We had a couple of little people with us in the upstairs twin room and one of them almost tipped the chest of drawers over so maybe consider a safety fastener to the wall. But we would still highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again.

"In every way this holiday was superb."
The only issue in the whole time was an incorrect key code number. Fortunately the weather was fine and soon resolved with a phone call. We hope to stay again in the future. We would thoroughly reccomend this venue for a holiday. Many thanks.

"One of the beds in the twin room next to the kitchen was awful- could feel all the springs in the mattress."
Also one of the beds upstairs was unstable and squeaked loudly every time my daughter moved. The kettle was rusty.
Everything else about the house was great but comfortable beds is incredibly important!
2023 Update: we can confirm that the mattresses in the downstairs bedroom have been replaced and we now have new beds in the twin room upstairs.

"Spacious, clean and with everything we needed."
We used the property as a base while walking the South West Coastal Path, it was very easy to get to the A39 to travel up and down the coast to the various pick-up points. The outside shower room was really useful, as was the bottle fridge!

"An amazing property with a brilliant view over the bay."
Fabulous sunsets, altogether a very relaxing week. It was such a shame that the owners tried to get us to pay for damages to the property which were clearly normal wear and tear from the holiday season. This has completely ruined our lovely memories of Atlantic Reach and now unfortunately we wouldn't recommend anyone to the property for fear they will go through the same upset returning home.
Thank you for your review, we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay. As our ongoing commitment to our guests our housekeeping team provide a very comprehensive cleaning and maintenance approach. It is critical to us that everything works, and the property is clean at the start of the rental. We understand that things can get damaged or broken during a visit. We encourage any guests to report damage to the agents so there are no surprises for our housekeepers when they start the cleaning. By doing so, this would have avoided some of the issues.

Clean, modern, comfortable. It's spacious and well equipped, just perfect for a family holiday and the beach is 2 minutes walk! The sunsets were incredible to see from an evenings stroll along the beach. Loved it.

"A fabulous property in a great location, with top notch facilities and an impeccable level of detail."
Really comfortable, with everything that made our stay really special. We loved the outdoor space and barbecue area and new shower is amazing. The perfect place for our 40th Wedding Anniversary celebrations for the whole family, aged from 18 months to 63 years old!

It was large, clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped and there’s nothing more we could have asked for. The location is great so close to the beach and just 5 mins in the car to Bude. We would definitely love to return.

"For the amount of occupants that the house can hold, a bigger fridge is a must, items struggled to keep cold."

"Atlantic Reach Was (is)a beautiful property so well equipped."
We had a a wonderful family holiday. We love Cornwall and have stayed in many different areas. The house and its location was the best yet. My only qualm about the property (being a little disabled) it would have been nice to have a step at some place up to the Beautiful decking. As the step up was a struggle for me and I had to pull myself up holding on the fence.
Would love to go back though.

"This is a fantastic property in a great location."
With 6 adults and 4 young boys the washing machine and dishwasher were in daily use. A good sized garden for the kids to run around in, good neighbours. The newly built outside shower room was also a boon. Widemouth bay is a great jump off point for The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust properties. We also visited Bude pool, a man made pool filled every day by the sea.
Only one observation, the back gate to the property is not child proof, our 2 year old grandson took 2 minutes to work out how to open the latch.

"The family holiday we had was fabulous."
Atlantic Reach was exactly as it said, clean, comfortable with easy access to the beach. We were restricted to what we could do as in visiting local places due to COVID:19, but apart from that we had a restful holiday and the weather, for once, was glorious.

"A very well appointed house, which had been described and depicted accurately on the website."
There was room for everyone to be comfortable and secure. The CoVid-19 restrictions meant that our time there was a little shorter, with fewer soft furnishings ( eg cushions and throws). The brochure was sent to us electronically which was very helpful, but there were no takeaway menus to peruse etc. Because of the nature of our party, we stayed in for the most part, and the house absorbed us all with no bother. The view from the enclosed garden was lovely. A super house which we agreed was one of the best we had stayed in- I would love to return, post-pandemic .
