  • "Great apartment."

Block next door very noise, until the early hours, most mornings.

Thank you for taking time to review our apartment. We can only offer our apologies for the excessive noise from the next door building. It’s never been bought to our attention before and we suspect over exuberant holiday makers Steps have been taken to contact the buildings management company highlighting the matter, requesting they post signage asking for noise levels to be kept to a minimum. This should stop any reoccurrence but we will continue to monitor the levels Again we apologise for the disturbance and hope it didn’t overshadow your stay too much . Best regards Andy & Debra Property Owner

  • "We had a wonderful time at Zenith!"

What a lovely spacious apartment, would definitely recommend and return. The location is ideal and very central and loved the extra TVs in the bedrooms!! The sea view is perfect and so close to all amenities. The apartment is well stocked and very home from home, we've had some bad places we've stayed, so always a bit unsure about booking somewhere new, so I know this will mean a lot to someone who is booking for the first time. Well done this apartment is a gem and we can't wait to return.

Thanks so much for taking time to review and leave feedback, we are really happy that you had a nice holiday and enjoyed the apartment, Porth is lovely and a great position for exploring the wider area. Look forward to seeing you again. Property Owner

  • "It was really spacious and ideal location to where my friends lived."

It was a great place to stay. Having two bathrooms was also brill as kids had one and adults the other. Getting my car out of the underground garage was really difficult and it was a blessing number 17 was not in residence otherwise I am unsure how I would have got my car out. The description regarding the apartment is under rated as does not mention TV’s in both bedrooms, a washer/dryer, an Xbox with loads of games and a dishwasher. I was very impressed with the facilities and kitchen appliances. Huge fridge/ freezer and lots of cupboard space.

Thank you for taking time to review and leaving feedback. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. The car park can seem a little tight to exit but we have seen quite large vehicles in there, but is a little daunting to start with, hope this didn’t taint your stay with us x Property Owner

Fridge freezer was awesome. Were some minor issues but nothing major. Loved the amount of parking space & the wetsuit/surfboard cage in the garage.

Thank so much for taking time to review and leaving your feedback, really pleased you enjoyed your stay x Property Owner

  • "Great location and well equipped."

The only thing I would say is to take your own pillows, we bought some cheap ones while there but other than that it was perfect for what we needed. Access to the parking garage is quite narrow and down a big ramp! We opted to park on the road instead but I could see this being an issue during peak season.

Thank you for your feedback and taking time to review our apartment. We are very sorry to hear that you had issues with the pillows and have arranged for them to be replaced. The car park can seem very tight but have seen people get Range Rover sized cars in there, but accept it looks a little daunting at first sight. We hope this didn’t spoil your stay. • "Probably to let people know how tight the parking is under the apartments."

It was a good job we didn’t go in my car as not sure it would have got in. But great point that it was secure. Also let people know how steep the walk is up from the beach to the apartments. But great instructions, great apartment and Tv etc, great location.
