The property

Lerryn is a well appointed four bedroom property sleeping eight in four bedrooms in the heart of the village of Rock, Cornwall; close to the shops and within walking distance of the Pityme Inn and if you're feeling energetic, the beaches at Rock or Porthilly too.

Enter the detached bungalow in to the spacious hallway passing all four bedrooms (one of which has an en suite bathroom), family bathroom with separate shower cubicle and utility room with wet-room style shower and WC.

Through the double doors in to the 'L' shaped open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room with two sets of patio doors leading to the level, enclosed attractive, South-facing lawn and patio laid garden, ideal for BBQ's and relaxing after a busy day.

This open plan space is flooded with light and also benefits from a wood burner for chillier months (logs not supplied).

Head down to the water front in Rock to try out some of the water sports on offer.

Maybe try your hand at water skiing or head out on a sea safari.

An absolute must is to walk up Brea Hill and absorb in the breath-taking view at the top.

Or why not try one of the fantastic eateries in the area.

The Dining Room, just down the road from the property offers a fabulous menu, or The Mariners down by the slipway in Rock; owned and managed by the well-renown chef, Paul Ainswroth.

Padstow 1.5 miles via ferry; Polzeath 2.8 miles; Wadebridge 6.2 miles.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country. With an abundance of world class beaches all within a short radius it is easy to see why Rock holds its popularity.
