“The apartment is absolutely beautiful, definitely 5 star, in a perfect location too, only a ten minute stroll to the city centre.”

A lovely welcome basket of goodies was waiting for us upon arrival too which was a lovely touch. The apartment had everything you would need, including high class electric items, hair and shower products. I’m really hard to please when it comes to booking holiday rentals but book 35 Hope Place and I assure you that you won’t be disappointed. Great owner too.

The property

35 Hope Place is a stunning ground-floor apartment situated within an exclusive Grade II listed residential development, in the beautiful city of Bath.

Finished to an exceptional standard, the apartment offers an immaculate space for couples to enjoy, providing easy access to the city’s amenities.

Step into the bright and airy open plan living space, complimented by a contemporary kitchen with a range of integrated appliances, including an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a granite marble worktop, providing an immaculate space for your culinary needs.

The dining area is a delightful place for everyone to enjoy a home-cooked meal together before relaxing on the sofa, perhaps to discuss those up-and-coming adventures.

As you wind down, look forward to a soak in the bath before curling up in the king-size bedroom, stylishly presented in dark tones and featuring ample storage space.

If you can steer yourself away from the interior, wander outside to the enclosed patio with outdoor seating, why not sit back and relax in the evening sun.

Set in six acres of parkland, the development boasts extensive open space and a tennis court whilst preserving the idyllic woodlands.

Bath is a wonderful city for a short getaway; there are an abundance of attractions from the famous Christmas Market to music, food and cultural festivals, not forgetting world-class theatre productions on offer at the Theatre Royal.

Visit the iconic Roman Baths dating back to AD43 to see how our former settlers liked to unwind, wander through the streets and gaze at the Architecture masterpieces like the Royal Crescent and the Circus, enjoy live music at Green Park Brasserie, before rounding off the evening in a Michelin-starred restaurant, perfect for those looking to sample gourmet dishes.

There is certainly no shortage of things to do in the gorgeous city.

Further afield you can easily reach the bustling city of Bristol, the idyllic town of Glastonbury or the quaint village of Lacock.
