The property

This spacious, stone-built barn conversion rests in a wonderful Wiltshire location, just outside the village of Seend.

Rusty Lane Cottage nestles in a delightfully central spot, surrounded by the Cotswolds, the North Wessex Downs and the Cranborne Chase AONBs.

This peaceful getaway is perfect for exploring these popular locations.

Be welcomed into the cottage by its tastefully decorated open-plan living room; here you can prepare your meals in the stylish and well-equipped kitchen, enjoy them at the breakfast bar and kick back and relax in front of the TV on the comfortable seating.

The stunning exposed wooden beams add a lovely touch of charm to the place.

The sumptuous family shower room provides a large walk-in shower, suitable for those with limited mobility and also a disabled friendly shower chair is available on request.

Get your much-needed rest in one of the two well-presented bedrooms, both peaceful rooms ideal for recharging your batteries after a day of exploring one of the many AONBs surrounding you.

The hamlet of Bowerhill, a suburb of Melksham, offers a modest selection of amenities and its neighbouring town boasts a much wider range of shops and pubs to make a wonderful base for your holiday.

Take a day trip to nearby Devizes, showcasing wonderful architecture and a series of quirky shops and eateries to enjoy.

Come to Rusty Lane Cottage for a weekend of exploring the outdoors or even just sitting back and relaxing for a while.
