  • "Such a lovely home!"

Cosy and well equipped. The perfect base from which to explore the area.

  • "The house was lovely and clean ."

To make it even better a 'welcome pack' with a few basic essentials would be great and some information leaflets in the visitors folder would have helped too. Most houses have a visitors book to write comments and recommendations for other holidaymakers which is always useful. Front door lock was difficult to lock and unlock and needs some attention. Otherwise we had a great holiday.

  • "The photos on the booking page don't really do Ashgrove justice."

It's a lovely house, plenty of room, very comfortable. Whether left from the owners or other guests, there was all those little things like washing up liquid, t towels, oven gloves etc. And plenty of glasses, mugs and a cafeteria

  • "The house was in a lovely location and in general was a nice stay."

The kitchen could have done with some baking trays (rather than just roasting dishes), the conservatory was unusable due to damp and the bed in the double bedroom was very uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin and you could feel the springs.
