The property

Step over the delightful polished wood floor into the kitchen space at this semi-detached cottage, where a quaint country style is combined with essential appliances, hosting a light and bright space where meal preparations can get underway, whether it’s for a celebratory feast or a classic home-cooked treat.

Enjoy gathering at the dining area opposite, and afterwards in the summer unwinding into the sun room where soft seating sits within the wooden structure offering a lovely spot to relax in with a refreshing drink, with it benefitting from a cloakroom with a WC adjoining it.

Out in the garden you can spread out on the lawn in summer days with a gravelled area with seating perfect for perching with a morning coffee.

Just a short distance from the property will bring you to the famous Broadway Tower, where you can explore the iconic landmark on top of the Cotswolds.

You can reach the famed Cotswolds AONB, holding a collection of quintessentially English properties, and quaint towns and villages isuch as Bourton on the Water, all worth exploring amidst the beautiful terrain and landscapes of this unspoilt area.

If you are not wanting to take the car Briarwood is in the perfect location with public transport right outside the doorstep and Honeybourne Station not too far away.

The old riverside market town of Evesham is a lovely spot to visit, take walks along the River Avon in the summer, hire a boat and sail along the waters, or head to Abbey Park and listen to jazz bands play on the bandstand on a Sunday afternoon.

Stratford-upon-Avon can be found within easy reach too, a medieval market town best-known as the birthplace of William Shakespeare, it’s well-worth a visit for a day out rich in history and cultural experiences like no other, while eight miles west of the town is Ragley Hall, overlooking the beauty of the Warwickshire countryside and boasting various events throughout the year, there’s something here for everyone.

For family fun, head down to All Things Wild to meet some beautiful farm animals or hop on the Dino Train and travel back to time to learn more about the Jurassic period.
