The property

A charming Grade II listed wing of the owners' home, ideally located in the heart of the historic town of Wotton-under-Edge in the Cotswolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This lovely cottage is ideal for a break for two people on a walking holiday in this beautiful part of the country.

Of notable historic architectural interest, which has been documented in the Pevsner Architectural Guides, the cottage has been thoughtfully furnished to provide welcoming, contemporary accommodation.

The cosy twin bedroom has ceiling beams, sloping ceilings and boasts an en-suite shower room with original wall beams.

The light and airy open plan living area has everything needed for an enjoyable holiday, including a well-equipped shaker kitchen with wooden worktop and breakfast bar.

There is also a sumptuous sofa, which can convert into a double sofa bed, and an electric woodburner-effect stove, where you can relax after a full day exploring the area, and doors from the living area lead to the private car park.

The bustling town of Wotton-under-Edge has a large number of individual shops, traditional pubs and coffee shops, as well as its own open-air swimming pool and cinema.

The area is criss-crossed with lovely walks, with The Cotswold Way running adjacent to the annexe, and the Macmillan Way and Monarch's Way are also close by.

With many pretty Cotswold towns and villages just a short drive away, this wonderful cottage offers something for everyone at any time of year.
