  • "Gorgeous cottage in arguably one of the loveliest villages in the Cotswolds."

Great location for exploring the true Cotswolds. Local pub is a delight. The cottage is very comfortable and two lovely bedrooms upstairs. Easy to find.

Immaculately clean, lovely interior, great location and overall a fantastic experience.

  • "We had a lovely stay in this cottage located in the beautiful and peaceful village of Broad Campden."

The property was very comfortable and clean with 2 nice bedroom and and big bathroom. The wood burner was an added feature as it was quite cold when we stayed there. Careful, low ceilings upstairs ! The property is nested just half an hour walk from Chipping Campden (via footpath) where you can find some shops to do a top up. A lot of public footpaths are accessible from the doorstep of the property to go and explore the area. No need to take the car!

About the location

CHIPPING CAMPDEN

Moreton-in-Marsh 8 miles; Stratford-upon-Avon 12 miles

This market town defines the saying "good things come in small packages" as it proves itself to be a wonderful place for tourists to stay. Chipping Campden sits in the northern part of the Cotswolds and boasts many historical buildings from St. James' church where the Chipping Camden Music Festival is held every year, to the early 17th century market hall upon which the town prides itself. Not only does the town have a rich history but much more, the high street is laced with charming Cotswold stone buildings with a range of shops and pubs. Nearby there are several beautiful, formal gardens for you to wander through. Chipping Campden has held its own 'Olimpick Games' since the early 1600s including peculiar sports such as 'shin-kicking', most certainly worth lining your holiday up with to experience something so unique. For a dose of famous history, head to the birthplace of William Shakespeare in Stratford-upon-Avon just 12 short miles away, it offers some charming little buildings, bookshops, theatres and museums.
