  • "Great location."

Super clean. Mattresses not comfortable to sleep on and would have expected cleaning items such as mop/bucket/vacuum cleaner to be held within the property for quick clean up’s.

    Mr WinterbottomNov 2021

  • "Lovely, clean, warm, welcoming cottage."

Comfy beds. Despite it being a October we were able to enjoy sitting out in the courtyard to enjoy a little sunshine.

    Mrs CoulsonOct 2021

  • "Good cottage in the heart of Broadway."

Good sun trap patio garden and 2 good shower rooms en-suite.

    Mr CroucherSep 2021

  • "The house has small rooms, but is fine for a base to visit the area from."

The stairs are steep with a bend in, so have to take care on them. We all had a good holiday. Broadway is a very pretty place.

    Mr KimberJul 2021

  • "Great location, quiet but central for the village and a great starting point for several walks."

Broadway is a beautiful village with lots to recommend it - buildings, shops, walks, heritage railway, views and restaurants (the Indian Restaurant in the village is fantastic and we can't recommend the Broadway Deli highly enough!). It is close to many Cotswold attractions as well as within easy reach of Stratford on Avon.

  • "Fab little cottage, location is brill right on the high street."

    Would stay here again.

    Mrs WilesOct 2020

  • "The cottage on arrival was very "tidy" but not particularly "clean"."

In these COVID times I took it upon myself to have a clean over as soon as we arrived and found that surfaces were a little 'grubby' and utensils in the Kitchen had not been left in a clean condition. There was no smell of fresh cleaning products used in the property at all although we saw the cleaner leaving as arrived early and drove to see where the house was before we went into the village to get some shopping. It very much felt like it had just had a quick wipe over. The mugs all had tea stains in them, drawers had crumbs and some cooking utensils had definately not been cleaned properly. we washed a couple of everyhting and then just used them so we did not wash everyhting else.It would have been nice to have had a couple of glasses suitable for a bottle of fizz. There were 4 wine glasses but all different sizes. They were saucepans and a griddle pan but no frying pan. You market this as a premium property but in my opinion this didn't quite meet those standards. A perfecly positioned cottage though in a lovely village.

  • "Enjoyable weekend in an awesome property in a prime Broadway location, would highly recommend!"

    Mr BaileyFeb 2020

  • "The location is good, the 2 ensuites excellent and off-road parking important although some inconsiderate parking by others sharing the parking area was annoying."

    Mr CowellSep 2019

  • "Care needed going up and down the stairs particularly if elderly."

We had lovely weather but drying anything in damp conditions would have been more difficult. Lovely hot water supply

    Mr EleyJun 2019

  • "We had a lovely time."

The cottage suited us, (a couple and mother in law!). The layout was great with the two ensuite's being very convenient.

  • "Very clean, excellent location and superb facilities"

The property

History awaits in this adorable holiday cottage set deep in the heart of Broadway - one of the Cotswolds premium village locations.

With a history dating back to the 17th century the building has seen more than its fair share of change, however we're delighted to report that the current owner has done a fabulous job in bringing it back to life.

Its a lovely building that comfortably accommodates four people.

The ground floor has an open yet cosy feeling, with a large living space leading to the kitchen/diner, while upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms with new ensuite bathrooms.

From your front door, roll down the street to the shops of Broadway, but fear not you won't be ambushed by throngs of tourists as your cottage is hidden away!

Style and quality in a a fabulous location. Please note you can book Bay House and Broadway Cottage together which will sleep 10 in total.
