The property

A wonderful semi-detached cottage ideally located in the heart of the Royal Forest of Dean, close to the town of Coleford and the Welsh border.

With views of the forest on both sides, the cottage has two charming bedrooms both with original feature fireplaces and wooden floors.

The main bathroom has a luxurious bath ideal for a relaxing soak at the end of a day exploring.

A cosy sitting room with an exposed stone wall, original wooden floor and warming woodburning stove, can be found next to a splendid kitchen with underfloor heating and dining area, great for enjoying dinner with friends.

A ground floor shower room and rear utility complete the welcoming accommodation.

Step outside into the enclosed garden with patio, lawned area and furniture.

Sit around the firepit and enjoy a catch up with friends or relax with a book whilst enjoying the sounds of the forest.

Coleford is a small town in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. The town has a range of shops, bars and restaurants and is just four miles from the Welsh border. The Royal Forest of Dean is England's largest oak forest and is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The forest offers numerous trails that can be explored on foot, by bicycle or by horseback. Close to Coleford is the town of Lydney which sits on the banks of the River Severn and is in an area that is a delight for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts.
