Forest Of Dean Lodges

These group of lodges are set in private lands in the Forest of Dean and has direct access to the mountain bike trail. All designed to a standard of quality with an abundance of character, you will be intrigued by the one-of-a-kind features; exposed stonework and enchanting beams bring a true sense of tradition to the interiors, a lovely place to relax with your loved ones. The open-plan living area is perfect for socialising, and welcomes you in after an eventful day, your own haven to dish up those home-cooked meals, before settling down on the sumptuous sofas in front of the TV. There is even a cosy electric woodburner effect fire which you can set ablaze on those cooler evenings. The bedrooms lie on the upper floor in Kensley and Danby Lodges or ground floor in Latimer Lodge, all styled in a beautiful fashion, bringing guests a peaceful night’s sleep, and offering a heart-warming base to wake up to, every day that goes by. Lastly, a family bathroom is located on the ground floor, a contemporary addition to the layout. Outside is where you will want to be, spending some time on the patio area, perhaps with a refreshing drink, or even better, why not arrange a pamper session at the on-site beauty treatment room, providing everything from hair styling, to body massages. Coleford is a small town in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire. Close to Coleford is the town of Lydney which sits on the banks of the River Severn and is in an area that is a delight for birdwatchers and wildlife enthusiasts. Just a short drive away, in the historic waterfront city of Gloucester, you will find Roman foundations, Victorian Docklands and a spectacular Norman Cathedral. Also within easy reach is the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, in the heart of rural Herefordshire, boasting timbered Tudor houses, shops, pubs and restaurants and the town of Symonds Yat. A wonderful choice for a holiday to remember.
