  • Mrs Chapman

“We were disappointed with the house, upon arrival we could see the garden was unloved there were pots and hanging baskets with just weeds growing in them, inside the house looked nice, however we had to wash all the pans as they were unclean, the fire place had not been cleaned out, all of the toilet seats slipped when used, we could not control the temperature of the shower so found it too hot to use, there was a leak under the kitchen sink and the lights to the cooker hood did not work, generally we felt there was a lack of care to the property, we are essential workers and have worked through lock down, we were looking forward to a well earned break and were extremely disappointed, we did contact the landlord but found his response negative.”

Sad to say we will not be returning.
