We loved the hot tub and sitting in it of an evening sky gazing was heaven. We had an issue just before we started the holiday and then another whilst we were away, neither in any way related to the accommodation, but Sue was wonderful in helping us deal with them and coming up with a way of potentially managing them. She was understanding and flexible, it was much appreciated. I can't recommend the cottage enough and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
