  • "We had an excellent family weekend at the Barn and Stables."

The place is as beautiful as the website photos and is at the edge of the wonderful village of Chedworth. The property is very well equipped and has everything you need. We had the benefit of being close to some of the other Cotswold gems like Bourton On the Water, Bibury, Tedbury and many other local attractions.

  • "Hired this property for my sisters hen weekend."

The house was stunning and we didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect distance from Cheltenham (30mins in a taxi) for our brunch and Spa appointments. The property was finished to a high and beautiful standard - lovely soft towels, warm and inviting and a well equipped kitchen (we especially liked the champagne fridge!) We would definitely consider this property again for future stays and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax with a big group.

  • "Had a fantastic family weekend stay at this stunning property."

Everything was perfect! My husband is a chef so was happy to have a superb kitchen to cater for our party of 8... Dawn the property manager was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay here and will definitely return in the future.

  • "We stayed here for a wedding with 4 different families/ couples/ singles."

It was a great house, big enough to keep everyone contain and yet not on top of each other! We stayed during the summer heatwave, so the house was extremely hot the first night having been locked all day, but the second night we left all the windows and doors open and it was perfectly fine. Next door to the property is a cafe and small shop which was perfect for coffee, getting some snacks and breakfast items and had great toys for the kids. Chedworth is a gorgeous area, we had a great time.

    VictoriaJul 2018

  • "It was an ideal base for 4 adult couples walking the Cotswold Way in stages."

The house was large and very well serviced. And very comfortable for sitting outside in the glorious weather we were lucky enough to have. We even had a successful BBQ one evening and every breakfast outside.

  • "Excellent situation and accommodation, the family were so happy with the choice."

    RobertSep 2017

  • "Now we’re back in Hong Kong and over the jetlag (almost!"

) I wanted to take the time to drop you a quick note. We had a fantastic time at the Barn & Stables last week and were extremely impressed not just by the property (which was impeccable), but more importantly by the attentiveness and service we received. From driving 45 mins to come install the stair gate on the first day to making sure we had a kettle once the house one packed in, you went out of your way to ensure the holiday went as smoothly as it could – it’s little things like that which make such a difference, so thank you from us all!
