  • "Neathwood Cottage is delightful, small but not cramped, very cosy and with all the amenities you could wish."

We had a warm welcome from the owners, who left us alone but made it very clear that if there was anything we needed - from tourist information to a problem with the cottage - they were always happy to help. we didn't enjoy the best weather but as the cottage was so warm and comfortable we were happy to spend time there. We were able to take our dog, a lively Labrador, and he had a marvellous time, the cottage, which is an annexe of the main cottage, has lovely gardens and a fenced paddock which gave the dog (and my husband) great opportunities to have fun and exercise! Beautiful, peaceful location but in easy reach of anything you might want to visit. Westonbirt Arboretum was magnificent with all the autumn colours. Neathwood cottage is highly recommended.

    Mr ArmstrongSep 2020

  • "Lovely cottage in a stunning location."

Hosts were very kind and made us welcome, whilst making sure we had our own space throughout our stay. Woke each morning to the gentle sound of cows in the fields across from the cottage. So little traffic, meant our stay was really peaceful. Absolutely stunning garden, perfect for sunny days. Cottage was really cosy, especially on evenings when the weather wasn’t great. I would definitely recommend this as a great location to explore the Cotswolds.

Comfortable and cosy, everything needed for a fabulous stay to explore the area. Lovely garden to sit out in and we brought the dog, so he loved the space to run around.

  • "If you are looking for somewhere to restore your soul this place is it!"

We wanted to really get away from it all and the cottage delivered. Our dog absolutely loved the gardens, there was cake and wine on arrival and it was very cosy. Plenty of walks and pubs and the owners were delightful people. For those of you who are reliant on your phone/social media don't bother as the signal is non existent but if like us you want to leave that behind and concentrate on what's around you then you won't be disappointed.

  • "Once again we have had a truly lovely stay."

It is so lovely to find a place away from the hustle and bustle of life. Your cottage is truly enchanting and we hope to return to enjoy the horse trials at Badmington for many years to come.

  • "We were looking for a relaxing, peaceful & romantic break, and that is exactly what we got."

We were greeted by a very warm welcome by Mrs Fenton, shown around a very cosy and beautiful little cottage. The owners had thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. The chocolate biscuits were a very nice touch after a long drive. Lots of walks and sights make a beautiful location to stay. The pub just up the road was perfect. We would definitely come back and will certainly recommend to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful break.

The cottage itself is first rate with many little extras supplied by the owners. The cottage stands in a very pleasant garden and the surrounding area is both beautiful and peaceful.
