The property

Tucked away in a residential area of Swindon along Retingham Way is number 16, a modern semi-detached cottage wonderfully presented to a high standard of quality.

Positioned in the ideal situation for bustling about the main town whilst resting in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds and North Wessex Downs AONB.

The cottage is attached to the owners' property, however, with your own separate entrance, step into the luxurious open-plan living space and feel welcomed by its radiant glow.

The wooden floors and pristine dècor combined with plush furnishings add an uplifting aspect as you stroll through and admire your new habitat for the next week or two.

Its immaculate presentation can be seen throughout, the kitchen is superbly appointed with the finest quality of fixtures and the lounge area focuses on a delightful minster style fireplace, elegantly placed around the electric fire.

A narrow staircase takes you to the first floor where you will find the double bedroom benefitting built in wardrobes on each side and a TV mounted on the wall opposite.

Alongside this is the study, should you need a quiet spot to look over some work, and the shower room lies adjacent completing the accommodation in a lovely, modern fashion.

Although there is no garden, you can step outside for some fresh air and meander along into town, the centre is only short walk away boasting an assortment of restaurants should you wish to dine out or the evening.

The town also offers indoor and outdoor shopping experiences along with a thriving art scene.

Take a trip out to the Cotwolds, a wonderful area of rolling hills, beautiful meadows and English villages of honey-coloured stone.

If you like countryside walks, here you will find plenty, along with castles and country houses to explore.

The whole surrounding region of Wiltshire offers walking, cycling and outdoor adventure.

This superb cottage is ideal for a couple seeking some quality time together in a lovely area of England.

A large market town located in the beautiful region of Wiltshire, within close proximity to the pretty Cotswolds. Take time to wander through its quiet courtyards and alleyways or enjoy a vibrant mix of traditional shops and pubs, there is lots to explore in the immediate area. The centre offers both an indoor and outdoor shopping experience along with local and international markets that regularly come to the town. Brimming with restaurants offering an array of varying cuisines, the town has a thriving culture and there is also a buzzing arts scene with many events taking place throughout the year. There are many attractions to discover in Swindon, including a relaxing stroll around Lydiard House and Park or shopping at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet. For those seeking an interesting day out, the STEAM Museum tells the story of the Great Western Railway but there is also the Museum of Computing, Roves Farm or the butterfly world and craft village at Studley Grange to occupy your time.
