The cottage is cosy and comfortable in a beautiful location, with lovely views over a valley. We spent happy times over a coffee watching the amazing bird life (and saw birds of prey high up over the hills). The weather wasn't good to us during our stay but the accommodation was a welcoming place to come back to. We agree with a previous reviewer's comments , that if you are used to a firmer mattress , you notice a difference, but that is a minor point. Overall a lovely , welcoming place to retreat to for a break and an excellent base for visiting and exploring the surrounding area.
