"Enjoyed the stay."
On the down side the toilet did not flush properly ,the hot tap was loose in the basin. The table and chairs out side were in poor condition, not fit to use. I opened the door to the T V unit and the right hand door all but came off in my hand. But it was still a nice place to stay. Could be even better with a little more T L C from the owner.
Thank yo for taking the time to leave a constructive feedback, we will definitely take them into consideration. We just wished that our maintenance guys could have come over and try to fix these problems during your stay.
we look forward to welcoming you again soon. Property Owner

Parking was fine as long as only the driver remained in the car for parking.
Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your stay at Bobble Cottage. The issues of cobwebs has been brought to the attention of the housekeeper to ensure extra attention is paid to these going forward. We hope you enjoyed your stay! Property Owner

"The cottage was exceptional except I was ging to vacuum the night before we left and when I switched the vacuum on it smelt absolutely awful."
There was no way I was going to use it. It definaletly needs to be cleaned out.
Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry to ear that the vacuum was too smelly for use! Our housekeeper will be investigating at the earliest opportunity to ensure future guests don't have the same experience. We're glad that you enjoyed your time at Bobble Cottage nonetheless and would love to welcome you back again one day! Property Owner

"Generally very clean, though a few cobwebs in place."
Keeping to the 6pm check in time, was difficult, not much to do late afternoon with a carful of luggage. The heating system was difficult to understand. For dog owners, the Visitor Information Centre in Bourton has a very cheap booklet on dog friendly local walks - highly recommended.
Thank you for your feedback. The cobwebs have been brought to the attention of the housekeeper and we apologise for these having been missed. There should have been instructions for the heating in the property but we will of course check on this and ensure instructions are available for future guests. Thank you for your suggestions, also. "Lovely cottage in good location."
Thought decoration was a bit scuffed throughout and could do with a repaint. Headboard on bed also required and operating instructions book for oven not in property. Change door opening side on fridge. Wonky door on shower. Hoover useless. Parking space is very narrow. Small things to criticise I know, but easily rectified and would make the cottage perfect but that didn’t spoil our lovely stay. Nice location and a lovely walk into Bourton via the church and fields recommended.
We are pleased to hear you had a lovely stay in Bobble Cottage, we will look into your comments many thanks Manor Cottages Property Owner

"The property is lovely!"
The bed and sofa are super comfy which was great. The property was clean on the surface but it did need a deeper clean, for example dust and fluff under the furniture and on plug sockets. We also washed all of the cutlery, plates, cups etc because there were crumbs in the cutlery drawer and on some of the knives. Due to the covid rules it was required to strip the bed, once I'd done so I saw many stains on the duvet itself! Considering the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic I think the property should be deep cleaned and old duvets etc replaced. It would also be useful to have some more cupboard space in the kitchen for our own food etc, I had move loads of stuff around just to get one shelf for our things! The location of the property is perfect, very close to all the beautiful little towns including bourton on the water and stow on the wold. It is also close to a lovely national trust walk and a zoo where we could take our dog!
Thank you for your feedback and apologies that the property was not up to the high standard of cleanliness we aim to achieve every time. We will discuss the issues raised with housekeeping. Manor Cottages Property Owner

Beautiful location. Was everything we wanted and needed. Would highly recommend and would visit again without hesitation. I have only one comment to make and its not a complaint, merely a suggestion - bigger outside bin required. We were there for a week and felt bin wasnt big enough.
Many thanks for your lovely comments on Bobble Cottage, we are glad it was everything you wanted and needed. We will pass the comment regarding the outside bin onto the owner and we would love to welcome you back in the near future. Manor Cottages Property Owner

"Bobble Cottage provided a great base for our first visit to the Cotswolds, it may be small but it is perfectly formed."
It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good & there was all that you could need in the kitchen utensils wise. The milk, cookies & ice in the freezer on our arrival were a nice touch & it was handy being able to access Netflix on the TV. We enjoyed some glorious weather during our week & enjoyed sitting out in front of the cottage to soak up some late afternoon sun. The location is super central for Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow On The Wold & all of the must see places in the Cotswolds. One thing worth highlighting with this property to help anyone booking in future is the allocated parking space, it is very narrow. We have a Ford Focus & it completely filled the space, my husband had to do some serious gymnastics to get out of the car once parked up between the other vehicles in the courtyard. You wouldn’t get a bigger vehicle in to the space- I know there is a mention of alternative parking outside the village hall but there were vehicles already parked there so not a feasible alternative. Also the cottage would benefit from a proper wheelie bin like the other properties in Bobble Court have- the small black bin by the front door was already 3/4 full when we arrived for our weeks break which left little room for our rubbish.
Thank you for your feedback, The car park space allocated is big enough to park a normal sized car. I have parked there many times in my 4x4 and had no trouble. There is more spaces in the road nearby and also by the village hall that is not far at all.I would advise you unload when you arrive and if you then find the space is too narrow just park by the village hall or in the nearby lane. Bobble is delightful and the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds, so please don't let the parking put you off. Property Owner

"Pleasant cottage in a quiet village."
Good walking paths in the area. Only issue was the parking bay for number 3 was very tight. When other occupants parked upto the lines we couldn't get our car in the bay or not get out. We were able to use another bay but that might not always be an option. Instructions for the fire would be helpful. Would also be nice to have had recycling bins for the cottages.

"As this area is so good for walking, I would have liked an OS map 1:25,000 scale to use and plot a walk, along with the other literature at the cottage."
The information folder states to use the No. 3 refuse bin.... There is no refuse bin!! talking to the next door neighbour, he's quite upset that other cottage users have put their rubbish into his bin, or left the plastic sacks outside of bins. This then gets torn open by foxes / cats, and leaves rubbish strewn around. That's why our sack was left in the property.
The toilet seat requires attention, as when used, the seat falls out of the fixing brackets!! Also, if the shower could be upgraded to a power-shower, would make the experience better, and perhaps for winter, a permanant heater installed in that room.
The TV seemed to have NETFLIX, but I couldn't access this, although not a big deal for us, maybe others would be disappointed.
All in all, we had a very enjoyable week there, and would consider returning.
