"Very comfortable and clean house, more than big enough for our party of 4 adults and 2 teens."
Good location for visiting Cotswold and beyond. Sits on edge of Morton so walking distance to shops, restaurants and pubs; nice not to have to drive somewhere for an evening meal/drink.
Would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys for back door (main entry point as that is where you park) especially as the front door did not open fully.
Highly recommend; do not be put off by town location.

"The house was clean, spacious, comfortable and very well located however there were two major issues for us:-
I am 77 yrs old, not as agile as I used to be with size 12 feet, the winding stairs between the ground and first floor were a hazard."
The photos did not show these and there was no warning.
The noise from the old floor boards on the upper floors was horrendous and disturbing.

"We had a fabulous stay at Ruskin House."
It is a beautiful property, extremely clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is more than spacious enough for the 6 adults we had staying here. It is also perfectly situated in Moreton-in-Marsh with everything on your doorstep; fantastic pubs and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property and have every intention of staying there again next time we visit the Cotswolds! Thank you!

"6pm is rather late for an arrival time - 4pm latest would be more helpful, particularly for unpacking, essential shopping and arranging and evening meal."
With the exception of that, very happy with location, property, furnishings and cleanliness and would gladly recommend.

"The property was presented very well."
Very clean and had all the facilities we could need. It is very well situated in the village and Moreton in Marsh is an excellent central location in the Cotswolds to visit nearby villages and larger towns such as Stratford and Oxford (train link from the village station). We had great weather and the outside spaces were good for sitting and eating outside in the evening. The only thing that confused us was the arrangements for recycling and we ended up going to the Co-Op disposal bins. Overall excellent.

"Loved this property."
It was the perfect place to spend our family Christmas. Lovely quality linen and towels and spotlessly clean, with well equipped kitchen (although single oven may be too small for some Christmas dinners). Great location with good local shops, pubs and restaurants. Many thanks for a lovely time.

"I can’t fault this wonderful cottage."
The location is perfect, right in the centre of Moreton which has some lovely cafes and restaurants. Straight across the road there’s a hotel with a cocktail bar. The cottage is a high standard with very comfortable beds and powerful showers. I would highly recommend a stay here.

"This house is in a very good position for touring some of the many Cotswold attractions without having to travel too far each day."
It is very well laid out in relation to rooms, bathrooms and facilities and is of a high standard. The household instructions were plentiful and clear, especially relating to the recycling. I found all that very useful.
Ruskin House is on the High Street of a busy market town. It is slightly set back but there is some traffic noise even with the double glazing. In the attic room, there is one window which is single glazed ( I think an original window) which while it's quaint, does allow traffic noise to penetrate which I found disturbing, even though I actually live on a busy road so should be used to it!
That said we did have a lovely time there.
