  • "A really well equipped property with amazing grounds, ideally located with lots of great local walks."

  • "Manor farm is a very well equipped and substantial property at the end of a long lane."

A 4x4 would be needed if snow was around. Having said this, it is very well equipped with a large lounge and very characterful dining conservatory with its own heating system. There are walks directly from the doorstep in lovely countryside. The wood burner in the lounge was needed every evening and a shame there were so few logs left given the cost of the property, but more could be purchased from the owners. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and has two cookers which is a good bonus given we wanted a property where we could self cater. Bedrooms are well furnished with quality beds and linen and the bathrooms have all be fitted with good showers / baths etc. Its a spacious and well maintained property and we enjoyed spending the New Year there. Hi Bob, many thanks for your kind review. Great to hear you enjoyed your time at the property and found it was well equipped for all your needs. We have taken your comments on board regarding the logs and see if we can financially make it work due to the increase in costs for the property overall. Many thanks again and hope to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "Outstanding in every way - would definitely come back for another vacation."

Loved everything about this house (although one bedroom is possibly not suitable for the elderly due to narrow stairs and low beams and low doorways). The dining table in the conservatory was fabulous and great for large gatherings, and the games rooms was a real hit with all ages. Grateful to have the opportunity to stay in this lovely Cotswold farm house.

Thank you Fiona for such a glowing review, we are so pleased you and your family enjoyed spending Christmas at Manor Farm and would certainly love to welcome you back in the future. Property Owner

  • "As a new property I was a little hesitant about booking but I shouldn't have worried!"

! Manor Farm is a beautiful property which has been finished to a really high standard with a "home from home" feel. There is plenty of room within the property so you do not feel on top of one another and there is everything you would want - games room, great wi-fi and a brilliant kitchen with every utensil you need! The setting of the property is wonderful - the windows simply frame the lovely gardens and countryside - very relaxing! Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend Manor Farm!
