  • "Really nice lodge."

Great that there was a large place to sit and not have to worry about the dogs escaping. We would definitely book again. One small criticism is that the sofa was not very comfortable, probably had more use than the chairs.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We are really pleased you enjoyed your stay. We had a look at the sofa as you mentioned it to us and as it is a sofa bed we can’t alter it or reinforce it at all. Property Owner

for the price of the holiday you would expect better beds.

Hi Tracey I am so sorry you felt the mattress was uncomfortable. I have now replaced these and put in three brand new memory foam mattresses. Thank you for your feedback. Property Owner

  • "Property and site immaculate."

Cottage fantastically equipped. Only problem second bedroom only suitable for small children. Site entrance poorly signposted. Inconsiderate neighbour (24) obviously went to work at 05.30, left car running for 1/4hour one morning and didn't care about talking loudly outside bedroom window at that time of day.

Thank you for your helpful feedback. Sorry you felt the second bedroom was too small. I will check that it says on the information that the beds can be pushed together in advance on request and this should help. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area and bedding on request for this. So sorry to hear about the neighbour waking you so early. The site is normally very peaceful. I hope despite this you enjoyed your stay Property Owner
