On reaching there was lovely cake left for us by Caroline. Caroline called me prior to our arrival and mentioned I could contact her for any info needed. Coppice was very clean on our arrival and was very pleased and kitchen had everything you would need. My only complaint would be that the mattresses In bedroom needs to be changed as they were very uncomfortable and very soft, Need a firm mattresses for a good nights sleep. Also settees in both the living rooms needs to be looked at as it was very uncomfortable to sit. Shower cubicle is very small and downstairs shower needs to be fixed as the door to close was off the runner so all 6 of us ended up using the upstairs shower. Garden is very nicely kept and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry you didn’t find the beds comfortable, just to let you know all the beds are reasonably new and the majority are firm to medium memory foam and the other super king is supposed to be of medium firmness , and regarding the issue with the shower I would have happily come and sorted the problem as I inform all guests I live locally if they have any problem. We hope to welcome you back soon. - Sykes owner relations
