During lunch we received a text from Simon telling us to return to our dogs as they were barking. Whilst I know this can be annoying it is what dogs do when they hear unfamiliar noises. I didn't like the tone of the text and couldn't then relax as I was worried each time the dogs barked. Strangely I also heard their dogs bark so am surprised they didnt expect the same from visiting dogs. There was lots of info on local pubs and restaurants in the cottage but we couldn't go and try them as couldn't leave the dogs. Was very disappointed and certainly wouldnt go again. I feel it was a total waste of our money as we left after 3 days and had paid for the week.
