Very comfortable, warm and clean, with plenty of space for everyone to mingle, cook together or sit quietly as desired. Cleobury Mortimer, just a 10 minute walk or short drive away, has shops, pubs and restaurants for everything you need and the surrounding towns and countryside provide plenty of places to visit and enjoy. Beyond happy with the villa it was 10/10. The host of the property were very friendly and accommodating. The property had everything that we needed for our large family holiday and was well equipped. The jacuzzi was a nice touch to the property. The property was extremely clean and in immaculate condition. I already have Family and friends enquiring about this villa based on our family photos they have seen. The location offers privacy and is very peaceful! The entire family enjoyed their stay at the villa and would highly recommend to anyone considering their stay at this villa! Will be coming back again in the future hopefully!

There were 13 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we had more than enough space for everyone to spread out and come together in the amazing kitchen and cosy lounges. The beds were all very comfy and it was great having lots of ensuite bedrooms. The area is beautiful and the view from the hot tub is gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this house for a special occasion. We absolutely loved our stay!

  • "Fantastic place."

Clearly still relatively new. Kitchen is huge and perfect for a large get together (3 cookers, 2 dishwashers, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, 2 big dining tables, massive island, etc etc). We were a group of 14 friends to celebrate my wife’s 50th and it was ample room for us, in total can sleep up to 23 I believe. They’ve pretty much thought of everything. Rooms all very nicely kitted out. Loads of bathrooms. Nice location next to Cleobury Mortimer. Wished we’d have chosen a different pub/restaurant to eat on the Saturday instead of Royal Fountain….however the private chef for the Friday night was fantastic. Would love to go again, in fact I plan to take the extended family there as we live in various locations around the country. Highly recommended.

  • "Eighteen of us from four generations spent time at this wonderful holiday house to celebrate a diamond wedding anniversary."

Lovely touches of flowers, wine and milk and also our requested fresh eggs awaited us upon our arrival. The house is very spacious having two good sized lounges and a fantastically large kitchen and dining area which was where as a party, we spent the majority of our time. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped with the only things missing for us, a smaller milk jug and some more sharp knives for our food prep. Bedrooms and bathrooms were equally amazing and comfortable and suited our needs perfectly as a family. Over the years, I have rented many properties but can honestly say that I’ve never had a bed as comfortable as the one I slept in at Lea Farm House. I don’t remember hearing any of the others complain either

  • "We had a wonderful time."

The house is amazing and easily accommodated our large group. The kitchen in particular was fantastic with so much room and the big island and tables which allowed us to all move around, cook and chat at the same time. The well was a cool feature too. The location is also great. The farm house itself feels very rural and quiet which was good but it was only a short walk to a variety of shops. Then, further afield across Shropshire/Worcestershire, there was lots for us to see and do on the various days of our stay. So overall, it was brilliant. Thank you!

There were 6 families with 11 kids between us aged 1-6. The house and gardens were perfect for our weekend away. The kitchen was amazing with 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens and 2 fridges. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses of various types which ensured we had everything we needed. The bedrooms were all a great size with lovely furniture and comfortable pillows. The garden was brilliant with a huge grassed area secured from the road with a sturdy gate. We had a great stay and will definitely look to book again for another stay.

  • "The farmhouse was excellent."

The well arranged and large kitchen was of particular note, a fantastic space to cook, eat and socialise. Minor suggestion is that rooms could be named and toilets marked as such because it's a bit of a maze and can be confusing when you first get there because all the doors look the same!

Big enough for 23 people to be together and have time alone without being ontop of each other the whole time. Mark the host was a truly sensational host. I can not sing his praises enough! Mark and Phillippa are welcoming hosts and the house was immaculately clean. The kitchen/dining area is very special indeed being both large but also intimate. Cooking is a pleasure with everything you could need provided. The lounges and snugs provide a welcome bit of calm and the hot tub was well received by our group of friends and family gathering for a 70th birthday celebration. Bedrooms vary in size but are well described on the website and there are ample bathrooms and toilets throughout. Many rooms have beautiful ensuites. Ideal for walking the local area of any of the Shropshire hills. Children will love the multiple staircases and the building itself is really intriguing. We recommend without reservation and hope to find another excuse to return!

A lovely house, well equipped with all necessary things. Hand wash and towel in all bathrooms (which you don't always get at houses). Beds very comfortable. The second floor with the snug was ideal for the family of five. We were a group of 19 ages 3-80. Some visited Wyre Forest, Ludlow, Kidderminster and of course Cleobury. Most of the time was spent in the garden and hot tub. The hot tub was terrific. Good size barbecue. I have been renting for many years in England and this was one of the best houses we have holidayed in. It was lovely to meet the owners on arrival day.

The house is wonderful and has been renovated and equipped to a high standard. The kitchen / diner is stunning, the best I’ve seen. The house is spacious and comfortable throughout, providing great accommodation for our large group. The hot tub was a bonus and enjoyed by all. The setting is tranquil with views over the countryside and farms. There is a lot to do in the area: bike and walking trails close by; National Trust properties within a short drive; and pretty market towns to explore. We were warmly welcomed by the owners on arrival and shown around the house and offered information on local attractions. Our week went too quickly but this gives us a good excuse to return soon.

We celebrated a special family birthday here and everything was perfect! The property is in a great location, within walking distance of the village, and we had some great fish and chips on the first night from Mimi’s Plaice and a fantastic Indian banquet delivered to us by The Spice Empire on our party night. The property is furnished to a high standard with a very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, lots of hot water and plenty of logs provided for the wood burners. The large dining room and kitchen is even better than it looks on the photos (if possible) and the lounge and drawing room provided lots of space for our party of 23 to spread out. The property owners are very kind and helpful and we had the most amazing stay. Many many thanks.
