. please can you sell it to us! It was amazingly clean on arrival with gifts of tea/coffee/fruit. We were grateful for the fire logs too. For a restful getaway it is ideal ..lovely old pub in village Live and Let Live. Suited our mixed age group well. Amazing kitchen heated by aga, conservatory so relaxing. Enjoyed eating together in dining room. The only niggles are: wire dropped out of TV, pool table slopes. Direction to local shops needed - lost time and petrol hunting for more supplies. A little remote and garden not for young family. Just needs hot tub that would just be a heavenly addition to the garden view. Many thanks..

It has a large conservatory which has a good view of the garden and church close by. A big attraction is birdwatching. Numerous birds came to the feeding station including greater spotted woodpeckers and nuthatches. There are also red kytes in the local area and a kingfisher on the river down the lane. The village of Neen Sollars is idyllic and is with a pub, the interior of which, is totally unique. The church interior is also fascinating. When I insured with you against cancellation I expected you to deal with any problems. In fact when I contacted you I was told to sort it out myself and given the wrong telephone number to contact the insurers. I had such a problem trying to find the right firm to contact that I gave up in the end. Court Farm was brilliant, both the cottage and Mr and Mrs Moss. It's very difficult to find - like most instructions written by those who know the area it's clear to them but not necessarily to new comers but it's worth it once you get to it (even if you did have to stop a tractor to find where you had gone wrong!
