  • "We absolutely loved our time here."

The views from the property are stunning and so many walks to go on. Beautiful little place if you want to get some hiking in and just enjoy the wonderful scenery Malvern has to offer. We intend to visit Bluebell Cottage again soon.

  • "Ideal location for walking on the stunning Malvern Hills."

Short car drive into the lovely Great Malvern or Malvern Link where there are plenty of facilities and a supermarket. Dogs welcome and a lovely garden and patio which made this perfect for us. Superb views from the rear. Good pub within walking distance. Safe bike storage good but difficult as down flights of steps. Cottage is split levels as built on the hill-side so a good few stairs and steps too. Parking is a bit tight on the street but we found spaces. A good holiday for the fit and active. We spent a lovely day in Worcester and Stratford Upon Avon. Would definitely book Bluebell Cottage again.

  • "Despite advice, we had difficulty with the key."

Stairs would make it unsuitable for anybody with difficulty with stairs. Ideal for walks. Easy access to Malvern centre. Pleasant, quiet, house to stay in. Very well equipped kitchen.

  • "The stairs were very steep with no handrails - luckily we were all mobile."

The parking outside is on a very busy narrow road and unfortunately both of our cars got damaged during our stay. Views are awesome! Lots of wildlife. We wished we’d brought our binoculars! Coffee machine added a touch of luxury. Malvern Link was a great place to catch a train to lots of different places. Enjoyed our holiday very much. Thank you.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS AS THE STAIRS ARE VERY NARROW AND STEEP.

Would say bed isn't great for a tall man but still very comfortable. Facilities like washing machine tumble dryer and dishwasher available which is great. Thank you, lovely weekend away.

About the location

WEST MALVERN

Malvern 2.5 miles.

The village of West Malvern lies on the western side of the Malvern Hills, boasts The Nag's Head, an excellent village pub, a thriving community and stunning panoramic views of unspoilt Herefordshire countryside. Numerous walks and cycle routes can be enjoyed from the village with the Worcestershire Way running close by. Nearby, the beautiful Worcestershire town of Great Malvern dates back to the Bronze Age and is situated on the eastern side of the dramatic Malvern Hills. An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Malvern Hills form a 9-mile range of ancient rock, which offers 100 miles of footpaths and bridleways with natural springs and long distance views in all directions. The town holds antiques fairs, WI country markets, farmers’ markets and many auctions throughout the year, as well as the Great Malvern Food Festival in June. Also the Malvern Theatre welcomes productions from the West End and the Royal Shakespeare Company. The more energetic can try many outdoor activities including high ropes, climbing and abseiling. Fishing and river cruises are available nearby and there are National Trust properties, gardens and vineyards to visit in the area. Malvern has many individual shops, cafes, art galleries and restaurants, a luxurious spa, and is also just a short drive from the Three Counties Showground. Malvern is the home of the Morgan car, which makes this area popular with enthusiasts. The picturesque Forest of Dean, with its range of attractions, is only 30 miles away, and the cathedral city of Worcester offering modern amenities is a 20 minute drive away. A great holiday destination at any time of year.
