    Mr Hanson

“This apartment is a little gem right the heart of Ironbridge .”

from the back window of the apartments you're able to see Ironbridge , also the river. The apartment has all of the restaurants and shops on its doorstep as well as within 3 minutes on to beautiful walking paths which takes you to the museums. The only downside is that it has sharp stairs within the apartment if you have knee problems or overweight it may be an issue. The apartment has a home to home environment from washer dryer to microwave everything that you may wish to have in the kitchen ...

The only downside is that it has sharp stairs within the apartment if you have knee problems or overweight it may be an issue. The apartment has a home to home environment from washer dryer to microwave everything that you may wish to have in the kitchen to make a sophisticated meal is there. It also has the added bonus of Wi-Fi and Netflix. The bathroom is large and dairy that seems to be recently renovated to a high standard. I would thoroughly recommend this apartments.

The property

Situated in the heart of Ironbridge town centre, this one-bedroom apartment mixes charming original features like exposed beams and large windows with contemporary decor and furnishings.

This, combined with its central location, makes it the perfect place for a couple looking to explore the beautiful towns and countryside of Shropshire.

The entrance to this property is tucked away down a stone passageway beside the owner's café; through the front door there is a flight of stairs leading up to the first floor.

On the right is a luxurious family bathroom with spacious shower and up a further flight of stairs is the remainder of the accommodation.

This consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with table and stools, a cosy sitting room with imitation woodburning stove and two sofas that can be converted into sofa beds, as well as an elegantly decorated double bedroom with comfortable king-size bed.

The windows from the kitchen and sitting room boast fantastic views over Ironbridge as well as the River Severn, and the bedroom looks out onto a garden area in the town centre.

The property is a stone's throw from all the shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs that Ironbridge offers, as well as heritage attractions like the Ironbridge UNESCO World Heritage Site or the Ironbridge Gorge Museum.

Due to its beautiful interior and central location, this property would be an ideal base for a couple looking for a relaxing break in the historical Shropshire town of Ironbridge.

About the location

IRONBRIDGE

Telford 6 miles; Bridgnorth 8.5 miles; Shrewsbury 15 miles.

Ironbridge Gorge is known throughout the world as the birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. Today the area is far from industrial and nature has reclaimed most of the former industrial sites, leaving a unique and beautiful wooded valley. The gorge is a now a maze of footpaths, bridleways and country lanes whilst the delightful village is famous for being home of the world's first iron-built bridge, built between 1777-79. The village has a splendid variety of pubs, restaurants, shops and tea rooms and a collection of ten industrial and Victorian themed museums makes up the Ironbridge Museums Trust, including the exciting Blists Hill Victorian Village. Within driving distance are the popular historical towns of Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock and Ludlow, as well as the Wroxeter Roman City, the Severn valley Railway, the RAF Cosford Museum and many National Trust properties. Ironbridge is a wonderful base from which to explore the beautiful county of Shropshire.
