The property

Featuring minimalist décor and toasty underfloor heating, this is a fantastic space for you to unwind in; stretch out on the plush sofas with your group in front of the Smart TV as the woodburning stove crackles in the background.

Make your way to the sleek kitchen, a space that has been fitted to a high standard and features a handy breakfast bar, along with several appliances; fix up a delicious meal that you can all enjoy at the hardwood dining table as the light streams in through the large windows.

The bedrooms are located down the corridor and have been decorated with style in mind, there is a zip/link king-size that can be separated for your sleeping arrangements, as well as a spacious king-size room that boasts a vanity, ample storage and an en-suite shower room; both rooms contain Smart TVs for additional evening entertainment.

The family bathroom is close-by and features stylish tiling along with a chic bath and shower over.

Head outside to soak up and enjoy a well-deserved rest in the hot tub, as the chef of the group rustles up grilled delights on the barbecue.

Be sure to visit Napton-on-the-Hill to get your essentials and stop for lunch at the local-favourite The Kings Head pub with-in walking distance of the property; why not try your hand at angling in the local fishery or stroll along the Oxford Canal?

The market town of Southam isn't far away, enjoy a cultural visit to the town's Heritage Collection, go birdwatching or walking in the nearby Ufton Fields, or try something a little different and tour the British Motor Museum.

Carrying on with the motor theme the property is close to Silverstone race track, home to the Formula One Grand Prix and Motogp, it is a great place to see some of motorings top sports, they even do track days so you can track days and driving experiences allowing you to go round this infamous track yourself.

Make your way towards Daventry and venture through the stunning grounds of Althorp House and Canons Ashby, be spoilt for choice as you visit the town's unique mix of independent shops or embark on the Brampton Valley Way cycling route.

For a fun day our for all the family visit Warwick Castle, a day not to be missed, where you can see real live jousting champions, test your archery skills or follow the Falconer on his quest as he puts on a show with his beautiful birds, with places to eat and relax as well as history tours and guides there really is something for everyone to enjoy.

Southam 4 miles; Stratford-upon-Avon 25 miles.

A thriving village, mentioned in the Domesday Book, offering a 12th century church, a number of good pubs, excellent shop, Post Office, tea room and marina with narrow boat hire. Close by, the historic town of Southam offers more amenities, including a supermarket, regular farmers' market and leisure centre. Many walks can be enjoyed in the area with the Millennium Way, Oxford Canal Walk and Grand Union Canal Walk all running close by. Also within reach is Draycote Water, which offers 650 acres of water for sailors and windsurfers, as well as offering lovely walks, cycle trails, birdwatching and fishing. Just a short drive away is Stratford-upon-Avon, which dates back to the medieval times and boasts many historic buildings including Shakespeare's birthplace and Anne Hathaway's cottage, The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, many traditional pubs, excellent restaurants and individual shops, as well as boat hire and cruises along the River Avon.
