  • "Wonderful little cottage in a perfect village."

The small gift for when we arrived was greatly liked (the wine was well loved). Area is well kept and kept clean sadly it does get a bit hot during a heat wave but nothing a good open window can't help fix. Mind your head since a few door ways are low and the notice on the stairs helped remind us. :) thank you for letting us stay in such a lovely place and would be happy to go back again.

  • "Exactly as described."

Lots of interesting and novel decorations inside, and a generous welcome pack. Very nice village with lots of walks and friendly pub serving good meals. Would visit again.

  • "Spring Cottage was a cosy and comfortable base for a relaxing week."

The welcome package of treats, including doggie biscuits, was lovely, and the cottage was well equipped - spare toilet rolls even appeared magically on the doorstep at the start of the week! I appreciated the message from Ian on my return home thanking me for leaving the cottage in a clean and tidy condition. I would have no hesitation returning for another stay at Spring Cottage in this lovely part of the country.

  • "Very much enjoyed our stay."

The cottage is very cute and quirky. Maybe over the winter months the thermostat for shower needs to be higher.....the water was warm but not as enjoyable as it could be. However, overall, the owner has provided a lovely holiday home and we plan to visit again in the summer months.

Hi Elisa Appreciate your feedback & comments. Will double check thermostat on Boiler as recently topped up but due to age of Cottage the pipes are buried in the concrete floor so it takes longer for them to warm up in cold weather. Look forward to welcoming you back in the summer. regards Ian Spring Cottage. Property Owner
