The property

The Other Place is a contemporary property located in a quiet residential area, a short walk from Stratford upon Avon town centre, close to a park and many walking and cycling routes.

Sleeping four guests, this property is ideal for a couple or small group of friends wanting to enjoy the picturesque surrounding countryside, within easy reach of Stratford upon Avon's iconic attractions.

On arrival, you will find two private off-road parking spaces for your use, before making your way inside the newly refurbished holiday home, boasting modern furnishings throughout.

The hallway gives access to a handy cloakroom, where you can take off your coats and kick off your shoes, before heading into the bright kitchen/diner, which is well-equipped with everything you need for your stay.

Cook delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the table or take them into the conservatory and enjoy the views out onto the garden.

The lounge has inviting seating for everyone, with a Smart TV for catching up with all of your favourite programmes, as well as board games for you to enjoy, while unlimited superfast WiFi and Hive heating control are provided for added comfort.

The enclosed garden is sunny and private, offering patio furniture so you can sit out in the morning sunshine with a coffee in hand.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with a double, both have deep mattresses and crisp bedding to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

The bathroom offers a calm space to relax and unwind as you enjoy a soak in the bath or an invigorating shower, while fluffy white towels are provided for your comfort.

The Other Place is an ideal base for exploring the nearby countryside; you are a short walk from the Stratford Greenway, which offers country walks, cycle hire and coffee stops at the converted railway carriages.

Known for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare, Stratford offers several Shakespearean attractions, including his former home and the homes of some family members, dating back to the 16th century, as well as Royal Shakespeare Company theatre.

There are many shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance, ideal for picking up cooking supplies or dining out when you want a night away from the kitchen.

The River Avon provides a lovely spot for walks and picnics with a view, while Stratford upon Avon racecourse is adjacent to the property and is easily reached on foot within a few minutes.

Just a short drive away is the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering beautiful towns, villages and attractions to explore at your leisure.

Or why not take a day trip to Warwick, with its famous castle?

Birmingham Symphony Hall is 40 minutes away whilst the National Exhibition Centre is a 30-minute drive.
