  • "What a fantastic property!"

It is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed on our stay, including some very nice welcome treats. We stayed over Christmas, every effort was made to make things festive, and the kitchen was so well stocked we had no problems making our Christmas dinner. Highly recommended!

  • "Oakdene is an exceptionally well decorated and equipped cottage in a lovely, quiet location."

We stayed over a bitterly cold weekend but the house stayed beautifully warm and underfloor heating was a particur treat for the feet!

  • "Good location!"

Central to all the attractions we wanted to visit! Oakdene is a lovely modern cottage and was pleased to have been given bottle of wine, chocolates, biscuits, milk, tea, coffee and sugar. Only negative, was the heating was a little awkward to use but luckily the electric heater in the living room did the job and the mini heater, supplied, to use for the bedroom.
