  • "Tree Tops is a beautiful holiday home, has everything you need and more."

The lovely hot tub with a great view was a fabulous addition (and is very quiet). Susan’s fruit cake was so lovely we asked for the recipe for home! It’s the perfect place to stay for exploring the Oxford area, can recommend Witney town and Hanborough train station.

Thank you very much Tina. We enjoyed having you all to stay. Good luck on the hunt for a University place for your Daughter. Property Owner

Sue and Richard were great. Had a beautiful fruit cake on arrival, we used the hot tub nearly every night, looking at the stars. The property is central for exploring, we did oxford twice, blenheim Palace twice and Bourton on the water. Thank you very much Sue and Richard for our time staying at tree tops

The hosts were great; thoughtful friendly and left us in peace to enjoy our stay. The accommodation is so much better than the photos portray. The apartment is perfect; comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need and a nice relaxing open space to spend time in. The surroundings are stunning. We spotted dear and a variety of wildlife in the garden and spent many evenings in the well maintained hot tub. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Matt & Kat

  • "Tree Tops is certainly a perfect getaway for a family with toddlers and babies, trying to unwind from the hectic daily lives."

Susan and Richard were welcoming, and considerate, accommodating to a last minute change of booking dates, and very understanding. They thought about everything for a family of 2 kids, providing toys and books for entertainment and left us a little gift for our 2 and half year old. Not to mention the cot, the highchair and the child gate for the kids safety. On arrival they welcomed us, introduced us to everything. They made us a cake and there was milk in the fridge. They provided us with plenty of verbal and written information on things to do in the area. Again they thought of everything, when they designed the place and there was even binoculars to observe the wildlife around. Of which we saw deer, rabbits, all kinds of birds, and we think also a wild pig. The hot-tub was great and Susan was constantly checking and testing it. The property had great views and was spotless. Definitely would recommend it and love to be back.

Thank you very much Ahmed! We loved having you. Please come back. Property Owner

First morning we awoke to see 4 pheasants in the field immediately below to be followed shortly after a group of deer charging through.Susan and Richard were marvelous hosts providing an OS map whilst we combed the area along the axis of Witney/Islip and generous in spending time advising us on the area. Simple to get into Oxford from Long Hanborough by train with plentiful parking at the station. Likely to be back to explore further

Superb accommodation. The pictures don’t do it justice & the availability of the hot tub added to the experience. A rural, great walking environment, less than 30 minutes from Oxford by car. Thoroughly recommended

  • "We had a lovely stay celebrating a friends birthday and generally relaxing as a group of tired Mums!"

The apartment was so clean, cosy and full to the brim of everything we needed throughout the weekend, even down to greaseproof paper that came in handy for baking pastries! A delicious homemade cake greeted us on arrival along with the owners who kindly talked us through the place and local area. Evenings spent in the hot tub with a glass of fizz was certainly a different way for us to spend the weekend and we all loved it. Spotting deer, squirrels and pheasants running around the garden made us feel super secluded, however a day out shopping in Oxford was only 30 mins away. We will be back!! :-)

Thank you very much Claire! You were all very considerate guests and it was great to host you. We hope very much to see you all again as 'Tired Mums' or as individual families - or even as multi-generational groups if you bring grandparents with you to stay in the flat below(!). Property Owner

  • "Susan and Richard made us feel so welcome, even before our stay they sent helpful recommendations and during they were on hand throughout."

Tree Tops has everything you need, is spotlessly clean and is blissfully quiet. Our greatest joy was seeing the deer, pheasants, rabbits and squirrels each day. There was plenty to do within a half hour drive - Blenheim (take advantage of their annual pass); Cogges Farm; Witney; Cotswold Wildlife Park and Oxford by train. The hot tub was used each day and especially fun in the dark so you can see the stars. We very much hope to return. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Thank you Megan! You were wonderful guests and we hope very much that we shall see the three of you again. Property Owner

The apartment had everything we needed and more . The extras that were there made our stay with our two daughters 4yr and 2yrs just perfect with high chairs , bathroom steps , nappy pail , stair gate , games , books and the bubbles and home made cake . The weather was very hot the week we stayed but fans were provided which made it much more comfortable. With the hot tub, out door seating and beautiful surroundings were just the icing on the cake . The apartment was super clean and everything was to a high standard. We would hope we could come back and stay again in the future . Please Thank Eric for making us feel so welcome and thank you again for making our holiday just perfect.

It is finished to the highest standard with everything you would need and more to enjoy a relaxing break. The outdoor hot tub on the balcony is fantastic, in which you can relax and enjoy the views looking out over the the lovely garden and surrounding countryside while watching out for the deer wandering around and Red Kites and Buzzards circling overhead. There is plenty to see and do around and about in the surrounding area. The owners, Susan and Richard, are most welcoming hosts and go to great lengths to ensure you enjoy your stay.
