  • "The Garden Cottage is a beautiful cottage in the heart of chipping Norton."

It was perfect for our recent stay in the Cotswolds and Allison was the perfect host! Thank you for making our trip so wonderful letting us stay in your lovely cottage.

  • "Absolutely incredible hospitality from Allison."

She left some delicious lemon cake, bread, jam, milk and all the necessities. She had even left some dog bowls, bed and treats for our dogs. This was such a nice treat on arrival! The property was really cute and had everything you needed in terms of cooking/firewood/towels/toilet paper, etc. The place is as it is described - a beautiful traditional British cottage - which does come with the downside of having quite low ceilings in some places which meant my husband kept banging his head everywhere he went (although he is a bit taller than the standard person (6’2). And the shower was a bit temperamental but otherwise, we loved it and couldn’t have asked for a better more thoughtful host. Amazing communication and certainly went the extra mile. And last but certainly not least, this garden is magnificent! The bluebells, daffodils and hyacinth were all out and there was several different places to bask in the sunshine or enjoy a glass of wine and a book. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a little cottage in the cotswolds.

The location is perfect and walking distance to some great restaurants and pubs. Communication with Allison was great and she was so kind and helpful. The little extra touches in the cottage made it feel homely and comfortable the moment you walk in the door. We loved every minute of our time there and will be back again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  • "We had a wonderful week at the cottage."

It's a charming space, well appointed, and full of lovely touches: the hosts had left a cake, and bread and butter for the morning. Our dog settled in to the dog bed by the fire and didn't want to leave. Well positioned for the town and for the eastern edge of the Cotswolds. Would absolutely recommend it and stay again.

The decor was homely and modern. Beautiful country kitchen and Fire place. Alison was very helpful and allowed us to take our Maisy dog when our dog sitting arrangements fell threw. There were dog bags, biscuits and a lovely bed left her. The little touches such as homemade cake and bread was very kind. We would love to stay again and we can recommend this cottage highly.

  • "Four of us stayed for a long weekend and had such a lovely warm inviting welcome by our host."

Local breakfast provisions had been left out for us and we also arrived to a homemade cake! We loved using the fire and all of the provided logs/kindling etc. The kitchen was completely kitted out and the cottage in general had everything and more we could have needed for our stay. The decor and quality of the cottage is top rate and has a real luxury feel. The interiors were admired by all of this. Couldn't recommend more highly! Thank you for having us.

  • "Amazing location, cottage provided everything the weather gave us."

A sunny Saturday meant a BBQ and resting in the hammock. A rainy Sunday meant we could relax and keep warm by the fire pit and fire place. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go again and recommend.

  • "Just been on a weekend break with my girlfriends and we had such a lovely time!"

Parking was not problem, there is one pass and free on street parking, so between our two cars it was fine. The cottage is beautiful, lovely kind touches such as the delicious carrot cake and bread and butter left for us. The cottage is a wonderful cosy space, the garden was gorgeous to sit out in and I can imagine in winter would be lovely too. Nice local pubs within 2 mins walking, local shops for convenience as well. Would highly recommend this lovely place, one of the best air Bnb's weve stayed in, many thanks.
