This spacious, tastefully decorated annexe sits detached from the owner's property, just one mile from the town of Lightwater in Surrey and 6 miles from the town of Woking with its shopping centres, theatres and with easy access to London, Waterloo is only 25 minutes by train.

There is something to suit every taste in the area surrounding Sunnymede Annexe, making it a homely base from which you can explore the wonders of Surrey.

Head up steps to the annex and be welcomed by its roomy, refreshing open-plan living area - a bright white room with touches of warming red, creating a cosy feel.

The kitchen is immaculate and well-appointed, whilst there is an optional double sofa bed should any extra guests wish to experience this wonderful holiday home.The property sits in Broadmoor Heath nature reserve which is popular for bird watching, dog walking and beautiful views.Remember your wellies though as it can get a bit muddy at times!

After exploring the area retire to the charming king-size bedroom, benefiting from its own glistening en-suite bathroom.

Shared with the owners, the gardens surrounding Sunnymede Annexe are beautifully kept with attractive plants and flowers making it a wonderful spot to sit and take it all in.

During the summer months, deer are seen most days wondering in the garden and there are several fruit trees and you are welcome to sample their apples and pears.

There is a small uncovered pond towards the side of the property.

Guests are invited to use the swimming pool which is shared with the owners.

Legoland, Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe park are all within a 30 minute drive, as it the beautiful town of Windsor.

Foxhills country club and resort is 10 minutes away and you can enjoy, golf, tennis, swimming and relax in their award winning health spa.

Nearby Lightwater offers a small selection of shops and places to eat and drink, it is also home to the fabulous 100-acre Lightwater Country Park, a fun-filled day out to be enjoyed by all.

You can also visit the towns of Guildford or Woking with their array of amenities, perhaps even a trip to London is what you're after.

This semi-rural town lies conveniently in between the Chiltern and Surrey Hills AONBs, in the county of Surrey. Lightwater is fairly well-stocked, offering a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants/takeaways. It is also home to the beautiful, 100-acre Lightwater Country Park which makes for a fun day for all of the family with its café, play area and nature trail. For more avid walkers and cyclists, the nearby AONBs offer almost endless opportunities. This location can also accommodate for those wanting to shop, as a series of well-equipped towns surround you. LEGOLAND at Windsor is just 10 miles away for those of you young at heart. For a lovely day trip, head to nearby Woking or Guildford with their charming buildings and range of amenities. From here you can also easily reach the capital, London, for premium shops and eateries.
