It had everything a family of four needed and the hot tub was wonderful. My children loved being outside on the large decking area. The bed was really comfortable and the girls loved the bunk bed room. I would highly recommend this lodge. There is lots to do in Shropshire and neighbouring Staffordshire. We enjoyed the farm near to the lodge and the safari park was amazing.

The property

Lime Lodge is set on a quiet site and has 3 en-suite bedrooms.

It is a supreme outstanding detached lodge set in the beautiful Shropshire countryside, not far from historical Bridgnorth, Iron bridge and Bewdley, not to mention Wyre Forest and its well-maintained walks and bike tracks that take you to all destinations, Severn Valley Country Park, and not forgetting the ‘West Midlands Safari Park’ based at Kidderminster just 10 miles away....Bring your family and/or friends to this endearing property, oozing charm from the outset.

From kicking off your muddy boots and rain-coats within the handy hallway, with wide doors that lead you into a well-presented, open-plan living area. Rustle up an evening meal within the stylish fully-fitted kitchen area before curling up in front of a warming woodburning fire place with your loved ones during a cold winter’s evening.

In here, you will find floor-to-ceiling bi-folding doors, which fills the room with natural light, adding to the atmosphere of tranquillity within the space.

You can throw open the bi-folding doors, where you can plan the day’s ahead on the sun-loungers before dipping into the sunken hot tub with a well-deserved glass of wine. Promising a good night’s sleep are three elegantly-dressed bedrooms, comprising of a twin bedroom with an en-suite, a bunk bedroom with en-suite and a spacious super-king-size bedroom with a luxury en-suite, offering a bath, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC.

A walkway outside to the left of the park onto the B4363 road that takes you round the delightful woodlands, going down onto the Chorley road that then takes you cross a bridge and directions to ‘The Duck Inn’ which is 2 miles walk.

Nearest shops at Highley are 2.6 miles away.

Number 10, Lime Lodge is an outstanding holiday base, promising an unforgettable getaway retreat!
