• "Simply the best, l can honestly say l have never stayed in such a clean holiday home, everything has been thought out to accommodate its guests."

  The bed was so comfortable towels bedding even towels for our two dogs so thoughtful. The garden was also a pleasure to enjoy , great garden furniture also reclining chairs all in very good order. Hot tub, barbeque if needed. Annie who lives next door ( such a lovely lady ) was very welcoming and on hand if there was anything we needed. Could not fault this at all we shall definitely return .

  Taking great care of the hot tub day that was so well used daily. Great on a clear night to observe stars & planets. Well positioned for dog walking & the Severn Valley Railway . Great countryside outlook. Well equipped kitchen plus lots of storage space. Plenty of towels for humans & dogs. Even dog bowls & leads Amazing Comes very highly recommended , I am sure you would not be disappointed on your stay. Book now Cannot wait to visit again

• "Theolaw is one of a number of cabins nestling in a large meadow by the side of the River Severn."

  At first sight, you might think that the location is nice but nothing spectacular. How wrong can you be! I don't think I've ever experienced such peace and tranquility. The setting is truly stunning; you're at one with nature and the only sounds you can hear are the odd lawnmower, the steam train passing on the SVR and buzzards crying overhead. Theolaw is a lovely property and Annie, the owner, is brilliant. She's there if you need anything but never intrusive. I imagine a holiday in Theolaw would be good at any time of year as the seasons change the landscape and I would recommend it without hesitation.

• "We have stayed at Theolaw several times now and honestly cannot fault it."

  It is our idea of heaven. From the cleanliness to the peaceful atmosphere throughout it is perfect. The quiet country position and the relaxing hot tub make it so relaxing and we wanted for nothing. Annie the host is never far away if there is ever anything you should need and the dogs were delighted when she offered to look after them while we went for a meal. For us and our four legged friends (who loved the safe garden) it was wonderful. Thankyou Annie,see you soon.

• "We absolutely love Theolaw and holiday here on a regularly, it's our happy place!"

  It's in an idyllic, quiet location off the beaten track, with plenty of lovely walks and the beautiful town of Bewdley is only a mile or so down the lane.. It's spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need, even down to dog bowls, leads and doggy towels. Theolaw has a large enclosed garden so dogs are safe and can roam freely. The hot tub is great for relaxing and star gazing at night with a glass of vino. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful owner Annie, who makes you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend, it is an amazing place to stay ☺

• "We absolutely loved our stay."

  Beautiful location with plenty of walks and doggy friendly places. We had our toddler with us and our labradoodle, we wanted to go to the safari park one day, so Annie kindly looked after our dog for the day which we were so grateful for. Very clean and spacious bungalow and the hot tub was a perfect chance to relax in the evening. The only two things that could have improved our stay was an earlier check in time than 6pm as this was difficult with a toddler, and also having a small amount of basic food/drinks in ready for us such as tea/coffee. Overall very impressed, we wish we could have stayed longer and we hope to be back at some point!

• "This was a beautiful little hidden gem."

  The property is large, has a modern bathroom & a well stocked kitchen. It’s extremely clean. It has free view TV which you can watch if you turn the WiFi off all your other devices. We had 2 very small dogs that were totally secure in the lovely front garden. Very quiet & tranquil & a lovely place for walking. We walked to Bewdley along the river & the other direction to the reservoir. We had ducks come into the garden which was really cute. Locals were really friendly. It is 5-10 mins from the Safari Park. The owner next door was kind & helpful & completely left us to it. Can’t comment on the hot tub as we didn’t use it, but when we arrived a day late it was still cold. Downside- Wifi is awful Phone signal is awful We arrived a day late and the property wasn’t fully ready & I told the owner just to leave the spare room as we wouldn’t be using it as this was eating into my time. Requested to stay an extra hour until 11(7 hours before next guests)& was refused. Not a problem as this is the stated time, but be aware, the time is strict & not flexible.

  From the cleanliness of the property to the lovely warm welcome by Annie the host, I cannot fault it. The dogs were given a good welcome too,nearly as good as they gave Annie. The walks around the reservoir are amazing and Stourport is lovely to visit. We are already looking at dates for our next stay Thankyou Annie,see you soon.

• "Just had a wonderful weeks stay at Theolaw bungalow in Bewdley."

  What a beautiful property in an idyllic location. Just far enough away from Bewdley for tranquility and quiet but not to far to be able to pop to the shops for supplies. The Severn is a stones throw away and there were some beautiful walks around the reservoir and surrounding areas to enjoy with the dogs. Our host , Annie, was on hand if we needed anything and made sure the hot tub was clean and safe for us to use every morning. The bungalow was clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the garden was a safe haven for our dogs to wander freely during our stay. There’s lots to do in and around the area, we enjoyed walks in the Wyre forest, horse riding, the Severn valley railway and quad biking to name a few. We made some great memories at Theolaw and would definitely recommend it as a lovely place to stay☺️

• "A lovely holiday property."

  Spacious and lovely to sit outside with the views.Very quiet area. The property had everything that you could need including washing machine, ironing board and extra items tin foil and dishwasher tablets. This is our first holiday with a dog and the property had a secure fenced garden which our dog loved watching people walk by and even said hello to the cows which come right up to the fence. The owner Annie lives next door and was lovely. Certainly make you welcome and cater for dogs. Provides towels, bowls and even leads if you forget. Hot tub was a real bonus for the evenings. Lovely walks on your doorstep. Would quite happily stay there again. Bewdley and surrounding area is so picturesque.

  Very well equipped with tasteful stylish decor and comfortable furniture. The outdoor area was very secure for the dog and there were plenty of nearby walks. The hot tub was very welcome. The late check in on a Friday afternoon wasn’t ideal.

  Annie is a great host, nothing was to much trouble for her, even when I locked my keys in the car she gave me a lift so I didn’t miss a my moms birthday. She loves animals, she even let them out in the day when we was out, and fed them boiled ham lol. Thank you again, we had a great time and didn’t want to leave.

• "Truly one of the best properties we have rented in ages."

  Super clean, super roomy, super comfy. The location is beautiful. If you are looking for a high quality, chill out place then this is it. The added bonuses of a hot tub for your own use during your stay AND you can take two dogs with you is just wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped so you can self cater and the whole house is super cosy and warm. Local shops are about a ten minute drive away. We can highly recommend and will definitely be back.

• "This is the fourth time we have stayed at Theolaw - it is definitely our 'happy' place and we love it."

  Set in such a quiet and idyllic location right by the River Severn with lots of lovely walks and the Severn Valley Steam Train runs right behind. It is very comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Open the bi-fold doors and take in every little bit of the gorgeous surroundings and there is plenty of garden space for the dogs to run around in which is totally secure. It is so peaceful and quiet and definitely the place for rest, reflection and the hot tub is just so relaxing and was used at least twice every day :) Annie, the owner, lives next door and is the best host, we always say it is like visiting family and we never want to leave. Theolaw we will be returning next year - 100%

  Only 2 minutes drive to Bewdley. Very dog friendly. Lovely garden which is enclosed around the perimeter so the dogs had free roam without worrying about losing them. Annie was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. I didn’t need to ask for much as the facilities and accessories supplied were more than enough. Upon arrival the lodge was spotless and well maintained. On the whole we had a great few days here. The lodge exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend. We will look to book again soon.

  Myself my husband and 2 kids loved it. We made great use of the hot tub. The house is so clean throughout and everything you need is there. Very peaceful surroundings, even enjoyed hearing the steam train go by just behind the property. Went for lovely walks and trip into town centre. Would def recommend for a nice quiet relaxing break. Annie the owner was lovely and very helpful if u needed anything.

  It was a very modern and thought out property. Very clean and the hot tub was a great addition. It set in a lovely location and there is plenty of walks and dog friendly too. The owner was very hospitable and very friendly, nothing is too much of ask if you need anything. There was a nice bottle of fizz in the fridge for arrival. Really recommend this property for a break away.

• "The property and the owner (Annie) were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay."

  We would recommend it but... The lane leading to the property is very narrow and quite busy the majority of the time. Passing other vehicles can be difficult. Someone living nearby within the community decided to build a very high speed bump along the track to the property. This actually scraped the bottom of my vehicle, lucky not causing any significant damage. We were unable to use the main track in and out of the valley due to this and were forced to use a very narrow section of the lane all week. The property is surrounded by other properties, albeit not really close by. The advert and images seem to conceal this, presumably intentionally hence 3 out of 4 stars for the accuracy of the listing.

• "Well, what can I say, this is a truly amazing place to stay and we had a wonderful week."

  The cottage is spotlessly clean and had everything we needed (even doggy towels for my four-legged family), the super king-size beds were something else, the hot tub was fabulous and the garden is so big and secure the dogs enjoyed running around. Theolaw is in a lovely, quiet location, beautiful scenery, lots of walks, the River Severn is virtually across the field and the Severn Valley Railway Steam Train runs right behind .... the historic town of Bewdley is close by if you wanted to venture out. The owner, Annie, who lives next door, was the best hostess and made us feel really welcome, the dogs loved greeting her every morning and we felt like we had known her forever and we were sad to say goodbye. This has to be the best place we have ever stayed, it was so relaxing and chilled and we did not want to come home, would absolutely recommend to anyone and we cannot wait to go back next year.

• "We came to stay for the weekend and had the most lovely time!"

  It was a wonderful location, lovely views of the forest and it was very quiet and peaceful. Annie was the best host we could have asked for, she greeted us on arrival and showed us around and even brought us some milk as we had forgot it. The cabin included utensils you wouldn’t have even thought of bringing but came in so useful, she thought of everything! She was so warm and kind and allowed us a late check out as a birthday treat. I would definitely visit again (and move in if I could!!) thank you

  and an arrival (short notice) of a friend with his dog for 2 days, Anna was very reasonable and acceptable of our friend who stopped over briefly. Theolaw is a fantastic place to get away and relax, it's right out on its own and a great place if you enjoy fishing, as it sits next to the River Severn, if you stay in this.property you can fish for free

  It has a jacuzzi in a big open garden in a farm location. We had loads of fun the children loved the jacuzzi. The place has everything you need and is very clean and tidy, there a lot of places around there you can visit especially Go Ape which is about 15 minutes away. Annie the owner who lives next door is a gem and very charming lady who took care of us I would recommend to anyone

  The facilities were the best, the cleanliness was second to none, not a corner was missed. The beds were very comfortable, the whole experience was so relaxing. The area is beautiful to explore, we took our dog, most places around are dog friendly. The most outstanding part of our break was the owner and how much she cared about making our experience as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her name is Ann and I literally felt that I had made a friend in her by the time I left. Thank you Ann, we will certainly return to you.
